I have been using this company for years and they have never failed to deliver great service. They arrive at the promised time, get the work done quickly and are always polite and courteous. And, as a bonus, I've never had to have anyone come back to finish a job. They're great.

I have been using Tampa Bay AC for over 20 years, and they never disappoint. The service is outstanding, and they have fixed small problems over the years, as well as installed a new air handler when the 25-year-old one finally went bad. They're not a company who comes out and tries to sell you a complete replacement. They work to fix what they can and get you back going. Renee is the best - Who do you know in any business that calls you back at 8:30 pm to help determine what is not working, and to let you know that a technician will be there the next morning? No one in Tampa I know. That's why I will always use them. They are family owned and treat you that way. Their techs are great and good guys, and they all seem to have worked there for many years - which speaks to their ownership. Love this company!!!

I called Tampa Bay AC when my air conditioner stopped working on a very hot day. I reached out to them and they were very pleasant and had someone come out the same day. Troy was super nice and knowledgeable and was able to have my AC fixed quickly. I will definitely be using them in the future!!! Highly recommend!

This was my seasonal check up, which is a fabulous price if you schedule it before May. I’ve been a customer of Tampa Bay Air Conditioning since 1990 when they installed my first central air heat pump, a Trane. This is a family owned business, their technicians are knowledgeable, polite, and thorough, it’s easy to get an appointment and they come when they say they’re coming. You can’t go wrong with this business.

Tampa AC were very flexible with appt time. Robert arrived on time and took an hour doing a thorough inspection of my air conditioning equipment. He was Knowledgeable and pleasant! I will use them again.

I do not normally write reviews, however, in the case of our new air conditioning system from Tampa Bay Air Conditioning, I am making an exception. The estimate request was given, with many options of what we could do, and was not a high pressure presentation and fairly priced. Information that was provided allowed us to make the decision we thought best for us with their input. As promised, work was scheduled and completed on time. The crew, Robert, Troy, Ron, and Corbin worked well together and did an A+ job with our two units. We highly recommended this family-owned company that has been in business for over 40 years.

Amazing service! We purchased our Trane AC unit from them back in September this weekend in March we were having a problem with it. Ronnie was able to come out on a Saturday and fix the problem for us quickly and even taught me what to do in the future if I have the same problem. Best thing was it was still under warranty! I have been a customer for roughly 10 yrs and I will continue so as long as I live in Tampa. It is hard these days to find a truly Family run business who treats people like a valued customer. Ronnie, Renee, Lisa and the whole team have consistently delivered 5 star service. I just met Gio in person for the 1st time during a routine service call yesterday. Extremely professional, great attitude and explained in laymans terms what he found wrong with one of my AC units and what needed to be done. He told me a part was not functioning properly, found the part in Brandon, drove down there and back to Westchase, and replaced my fan module THE SAME DAY. As a working professional, I cannot put a price tag on having a great company that you can trust and feel that they truly care about taking care of your service needs and treat you like a person, not a statistic. The Best!
