Bryce & Kevin did an excellent job installing our new DAIKIN unit. They were knowledgeable, professional and helpful. They went over and above to make sure everything was in perfect shape, even correcting our breaker labels and fixing the condensate line on our other unit. Great service!

Larry and Kevin did a wonderful job for me today. They replaced my entire system and, despite the heat, remained congenial throughout the day. They were great at explaining everything I needed to know. A job well done!

We just had 2 Split units installed. From the salesman Britt to the technicians Larry, Kevin and Robert, they were all professional, clean and courteous. The job went better than we expected. We are long time customers. It is good to see high quality standards where not lost in the business combinations. Keep up the good work!

10/10 If you have any employees named Troy, Casey or Alex during your experience you’re in good hands! They got the job done in about 6 hours. Cleaned up the project before they left and made sure to give me a walk through of the work that was done on my complete new AC install. Very thorough and detailed information was provided before the install even took place. Trustworthy and professional. I will be using them again.

Scott V. was the Service Tech assigned to perform a system tune-up; he was prompt, professional, and skilled in his trade. Best of all, he listened to my concerns and addressed them! His communication skills were excellent, and he was able to explain the HVAC capabilities in a way that I understood. I highly recommend him! BTW, my contacts with the company have been satisfying, as well. Their customer service has been very good.

Daniel did a fantastic job on replacing our water heater. I called them at 3:30am, Daniel was at the house by 8:30am. After quoting and deciding on the 3 options, he left to go pick up unit and parts. He returned and completed everything by 4pm. Daniel was very informative on all my questions and had great advice on how to take care of purchase. He was even very knowledgeable on my water softener and what to watch out for in the future. I would definitely use Performance Air Conditioning on all my plumbing issues. They also installed new ac units last year, inside and out. Both ac units are working awesome. I would also give more than 5 stars to their customers services representatives. Never a hassle or run around on the phone. Answer a couple simple questions and they are at the door on time. This is our 3 time using them, hopefully our last for a while, but if I needed repairs, Performance Air Conditioning is who I would.

Our plumber Josh walked into what were thought small issues, but they did not work out that way. All got fixed same day! Clean, tidy, efficient and professional work. Thank you for your willingness to coordinate with other teams members and get it done

Troy from performance put together four different quotes. We chose a Lennox split Heat pump system. Troy was able to put together a system that fit our needs and budget.The 3 man install team worked quickly and cleaned up before they left. The day of the installation, we had The old system completely removed, and a brand new working system all by 2 PM the same day. We Would definitely recommend PROFESSIONAL!
