The gentleman who installed my new unit were very knowledgeable and highly professional. The staff was amazing. Many thanks to Mercedes, Jose, Julian, Crystal and Maureen for making this an awesome experience. And Cool Air USA had the best price over other competitors.

They were quick to respond and have someone come inspect our unit. They were clean and worked in a timely manner! We had 2 separate technicians come out, both were professional and friendly! 10/10

My wife and I are very satisfied with the Cool Air USA Team. They serviced our air conditioning that had a leaking air handler coil. They also installed a UV light on the unit, cleaned 18 vents and coated all of them to improve the air quality and sanitized the whole system. They did all this work in less than 4 hours with a minimum disruption of our home office activities. Professional and efficient. Great job Team!

I've been a loyal customer of Cool Air USA for 8 years now. My experience with them has been fantastic! They were reliable and showed up on time for the installation of my new air conditioning unit. Despite encountering some issues afterward, Adam provided exceptional customer service until everything was resolved. What's more, he didn't charge me extra for the follow-up visits, only for the initial service. If you're in need of an air conditioning company, I highly recommend Cool Air USA. They're honest, caring, and deserve a perfect 10 out of 10 rating. Just be wary of other companies out there; many of them are overpriced and provide subpar service.

The service from the company is exceptional! I have a second home in Florida that i travel too regularly. I’ve had several issues with my AC unit and EVERY time i call Cool Air USA they come out immediately (same day or very next). The service is always exceptional and they have me back operating quickly. On yesterday Rolando was my tech and he was great. Explained it all to me and even gave pointers that would help in the future. He was very patient and polite as i took down the steps. Great company!
