I am sorry you are not happy with our service. We arrived for our first visit on Sept 27, 2023 and found the door gasket had a rip in it and needed to be replaced. Office admin called for follow up on Sept 28, 2023 to make sure you were happy and in their notes you were happy. We ordered the door gasket and returned on Oct 3, 2023 and installed it. Office admin called on Oct 4, 2023 to follow up and you stated you were happy. We have reached out to you multiple times for follow up and you have a copy of every invoice so it wasnt 4 months for our return but rather a week. We document every call and each visit. You called back in Feb 19 and we returned on Feb 21, 2024 and found the new gasket was ripped again from use. Our office tried to get it warrantied but the manufacture only warranties for 3 months. The rips are from use not a defect but we did try to accommodate you in getting it fixed with a warranty. We offered to do new gasket at no up to charge and you just pay actual cost of gasket when you spoke with Weston (one of the owners). We have tried to meet you in the middle but I dont see what else we could have done to please you. I have copies of every service call with the dates on them if you need copies. Again, I am truly sorry you have issues but the wear and tear of a product isnt a manufacture issue or a service provider issue. Please let us know how if we can help you in any way.
