Had water leaking from air return on a Sunday evening. Called Koolray and they answered immediately and we're very professional and friendly. They had someone out within a couple hours and did the job well, professionally, and for a fair price. I highly recommend this company, and will be using them for all my AC needs from now on.

Koolray Heating & Air Conditioning recently completed an AC project at our townhome in Jupiter. We partnered with Koolray to remove our air handler unit, rebuild ductwork & plenum and reinstall a new air handler unit. It was a great experience working with the owner Ray and the Koolray team to make sure the work was done correctly and to the highest standards, and that it was! Koolray is professional, good with communication, skilled, experienced, timely and does the project work correctly. Our new AC & the repairs that were made are completed, installed and everything is functioning perfectly. Technician Silver was great. Answered all my questions and showed me each phase of the work as it unfolded. Did a thorough job of mold removal inside the air handler. Installed 2 UV lights. The whole visit took 2 hours. Highly recommend this company.

Nothings worse than coming home to a house thats 80 degrees on a Sunday evening. After being told I’d have to wait 24 hours by other companies, Raymond came out within the hour & made sure we were up & running for a silly easy fix! Can’t recommend them enough. We will definitely be using them for all of our AC needs!

Ray and his team did an excellent job from start to finish on a full HVAC replacement for the 20 year old dual unit system in our home (two air handlers & two condensers). From the start, they did a thorough review of my current systems, listened to the expectations my wife and I had with the upgrade, and provided a fair estimate up front, that only changed when we requested a modification in the work. The team completed the work, which included running new ducts that added adequate temperature control to two new areas of the home(a previously closed in back patio, and a two car garage) over two days, and I don't think we ever completely lost AC in the home. Ray also moved two of the duct runs for our master bedroom so they were directly connected to the main duct of the Air Handler, without having other lines tapped off of them. Even though it was already the coolest part of the home, moving the lines helped accomplish one of our main goals for the upgrade, getting the master bedroom cooler. To summarize, all the work was done professionally, on time, and at the quoted prices, so there weren't't any surprises. Can't recommend Ray and his team more, and will continue to use them for any of our HVAC needs in our home, or in our condo. Thanks, John M.

There are so many companies that will claim they can do the job, just to make some quick cash. Then there are companies, like Koolray, that do the job and do it RIGHT the 1st time around! We recently hired a GC to install a new Air Conditioning System in our house. Then afterwards when I looked it over, everything was so jimmy-rigged, it was barely functional! Therefore, I called around and, thankfully, found Koolray Air Conditioning. Not only were they friendly and came right out to inspect, but they gave us a fair price and revamped everything within a week’s notice! If you’re looking for an honest company, call Koolray!
