I’ve had my share of experiences with this company for many years. I’ve passed their number to a few family members also, (that’s how reliable this company is, I had to bless my other family members as well) because their service is phenomenal every single time. I’ve met a few diffrent employees with the company over the years and they all have giving me the best service each and every time. They answer my calls at any time of the day and all times of the night, they have came out to my home at night hrs as well when a storm caused some problems at my home. I would recommend this company to anyone!, I can’t put in words how (Grade A) all around this business is run, they are patient and take the time letting u know what they are doing constantly. Teaching you how to continue to take care your stuff after they finish the job, trust is everything in business to me! And I trust this company 100%, They make you feel like family.

I've never left a business review before, but Thiel Heating and Cooling has taken such good care of my family. We first called them for a second opinion when we were having problems with another company. (The other company kept sending out a tech who seemed very confused by our system, and we'd had no heat for several days at that point.) William Thiel came out and verified that the other co. had correctly diagnosed the issue and ordered the right part, and he told me that the first co. would be able to get the part in faster since it was on order already. The next time we had an HVAC issue, we switched to Thiel and could not be happier. Along with servicing and maintaining our HVAC, they've replaced our dryer duct that had been incorrectly installed. I wish every company was as thorough, kind, and professional as Thiel Heating and Cooling.

I can not say enough how amazing this company is. My moms heat went out yesterday around the time it was suppose to get down into the 20’s. I called around to so many companies that would not help with her situation. I finally found Thiel and the owner of the company went out to her home himself and got her heat up and running in no time. You will not be disappointed in anyway or fashion with the guys at Thiel. We had a new system installed with all new duct work. They worked from start to finish to get the job done quick and the owner still called a couple days later just to check on things. Don't hesitate to call these guys.
