Nothing but issues since the day our new Trane unit was installed. Do not recommend!!!

Integrity is very responsive and quick to come out and are even helping me pull together some service documents on an hvac I had installed by another company that integrity’s worked on so I can go to the manufacturer on it.

My A/C went out on Monday 8/29 Integrity had a technician out Monday evening. The unit was not feasible to repair due to the age. They were back Tuesday morning 8/30 to install a new Hvac system I'm very pleased with Integrity Services. Thanks for the quick clean service

I can only speak great things about this wonderful company!! We’ve used them for a few years now and they are always so friendly and professional. They have gone above and beyond each maintenance visit and we truly trust them! Most recently our AC wasn’t working we called on Wednesday they were there before 10AM Thursday morning! Bill has been our tech the last few visits and he’s wonderful. He takes the time to explain everything in terms we understand and breaks down costs for us and even helped us save some money on the long run! We truly recommend them to anyone that needs an HVAC company!!

We’ve had a great experience with Integrity so far! We put our HVAC system on a yearly maintenance plan that is very affordable. During the snowstorm, our heat failed, but Bob came to the rescue and got it fixed up! Bob is always punctual and gets the job done. Super friendly, A+. Highly recommended!

I called on Monday morning for A/C repair and Bob was here in just a short time. He was so nice and extremely knowledgeable and explained exactly what was wrong. He had to order my parts and came out as soon as they were available on Tuesday. I couldn't have been more pleased with his service and the quick response time from Integrity Services.

I’ve had excellent ongoing service. I had some issues with my heat pump. They repaired it, but the system was old, so after the third repair, they helped me decide on a new system. Very professional and knowledgeable. I will use them again when my secondary unit starts having the same problems that the first one did. I see Brian’s name in a lot of other reviews. I wanted to give Bob a shout out as he’s the main one I’ve worked with, and he’s the reason I keep coming back.
