Bryan was on time, pleasant and got right to work on both of my units. He does his job well and is very informative. He did not try to sell me anything, but gave me suggestions. I never felt pressured, which means a lot. I enjoyed his visit.

I’m struggling to even give this 2 stars. My experience was unlike most of the reviews I’ve read. Good response time to my call about a noise fan motor on my HVAC unit. Someone called me the next day and had someone out the following day. That was the extent of what went well though. The rep was cordial and said they heard the motor noise and would look at it. About 30 minutes later they called me out to look at all of the issues they found on the unit like mildew on the condenser coil. The rep’s recommendation was replacing the entire unit. When I said that wasn’t really what I wanted to do for the moment, they started talking to me like I was dumb for considering putting any money into a 9 year old unit because “they were only designed to work for 10 years at most”. When I persisted that I really just wanted to fix the fan motor, they again made remakes that it was a bad choice but they’d send me the quote. 2 days later I got a quote for over $6k for multiple things including $970 to fix the fan motor and $3900 to replace the condenser coil simply because it was dirty. In the end, I bought the $280 fan motor and spent 20 minutes replacing it myself. I bought a $30 can of condenser cleaner and fixed that. I also replaced the capacitor for good measure for $70 that they were going to charge $250 to do. Overall I didn’t appreciate the blatant attempt to make me feel dumb as a tactic for convincing me to replace a unit that just needed a little maintenance. I have no doubt it works on many people who want to trust that a company named “Integrity Services” would not try to take advantage of their ignorance about HVAC units. In my case it just turned me off to ever calling them again.

If you have HVAC issues, don’t hesitate to call Integrity, had an issue and they were able to schedule me that day. Had a knowledgeable tech come out and give me a solid viewpoint of the health of my unit and let me know what the current issue was. Couldn’t recommend more

Today I had Austin working with me in my home to do my scheduled maintenance. I noticed he had one of the nicest personalities of anyone I have met. He took care of my issues, checked my HVAC system, and was very easy to work with. He is professional and knowledgeable. I hope he can do my next scheduled maintenance in the fall. We had the best experience with Integrity! Our heater went out so we called a few different companies and had a hard time getting responses from them. When we called Integrity, they had someone at our house the next day! We were provided estimates and able to sign and submit the proposal the same day. There was constant communication each step of the way, and installation was completed within a day or two of submitting our proposal! Every single person we dealt with was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I am beyond impressed with how thorough and expeditiously the whole process was handled.

We woke up without heat on a Friday morning. I called several companies and none could guarantee that they could get out that day. When I reached Integrity, I spoke with Brandon. He assured me someone would be out before 6pm. Austin came out. He was very thorough and found out what the problem (s) were. He got the heat on but couldn’t guarantee it would keep working. He called us on Monday with an estimate and said they had to order the parts. As soon as the parts came in (after the ice storm shut everything down for a week) they called and got Austin back out. He just left and everything is working well. He was very knowledgeable and polite. We will definitely call Integrity again. We even signed up for their service contract which saved us $ on the repair.
