Zone Heating and Cooling

I called 3 seperate times, received the greetings message, and was hung up on before I could say a word. I will try again in 15 minutes and revise my review if things improve.

Tried to call their number but, received a message that call would be recorded for quality assurance then line disconnected. Guess they are out of business. Will need to another company for my system needs

I had this company install a new ac system in August of 2021. I have had several issues with the system and have not been able to reach anyone for service. I have tried to leave message but all message boxes are full. I have emailed the company and have not had any response. I even went to the office and there wasn't any one there. If you are an owner or employee and you read this, could you please contact me and let me know if you are even still in business!! It took me a long time to save up for my new system and to have to still be without ac is just not right. Debi M

I can’t say enough about Zone and their technician, Martin. I called about a new condenser that was installed by another company and after 3 of their technicians telling me they couldn’t fix it, I called Zone. They cane the same day and within 2 hours they had the problem solved and fixed!!! And the charge was ridiculously affordable. Zone saved me from spending thousands with another company replacing a system that didn’t need replacing. Can’t tell you how relieved I am and how much I recommend you call them for a first or second opinion! Prompt service, fair pricing and knowledgeable technicians. They have earned my business from now on!

My AC condenser was whining horribly. I called the original installer (phone number sticker on the air handler) - 6 year old system. They said the condenser was dying and I could prolong life with a "heart start" capacitor. I questioned if it's pulling continuous compressor current out of specification at steady state then how does that part fix the issue?! Next recommendation was to buy either a new condenser or better, a whole new system for a longer warranty. I said since they just installed it 6 years ago I'll let it die first and then consider my options -paid the tech for the service call and sent him on his way. Well, 3 weeks later it died -no cold air in this 88°F summer weather. My family was overheating. At the advice of a good friend who used to be in the AC business -he recommended Zone Heating & Cooling. I called them and in 1 days notice they arrived on time (beginning of 2-hour arrival window). Quickly determined it was the other capacitor (this type of condenser has 2 capacitors) - fixed and house cool again. I understand this is a pretty basic thing to troubleshoot and repair. The techs explained everything in great detail. I was impressed. After this experience I'll never call anyone else. Thank you Zone H&C -you guys are the best!

Our A/C had died. Naturally on one of the hottest days of the year! These guys not only replaced the A/C on the same day... they also changed out the ducts. Talk about hard work! Everybody was very friendly... including their office workers... Shelley But they were also quite professional. I highly recommend this company.

Great Service After receiving several quotes Zone had the best price so i decided to go with them. I have a very busy schedule and Zone was very accommodating, the guys called when they were on the way so i could meet them. Once there they knew what needed to be done and were quick with the removal of my old a/c and install of the new. They went through everything with me and did a start up with no issues. Cleaned up and were off. I would definitely recommend and would use Zone again.

We came home and our ac had quit working we were recommended ZONE by some friends that had used them did some research online and seemed to be what we were looking for. We called and scheduled with them they were out same day diagnosed the problem and with stocked trucks were able to fix it on site. They had us back up and running in no time. They were responsive, the technician was very professional and very reasonable on the price. We will recommend them in the future for sure. Thanks again ZONE!
