What a great experience!!! We have been doing business with Quality Breeze for over 14 years and have never been disappointed. When service is needed, it's provided the same day. Very responsive. Jesus was so accommodating and his expertise was apparent. Alejandro did a superb job in setting up the air handler and both cleaned up the area beautifully. Isabelle, the office manager, is wonderful in responding to customers' needs.

Jesús was amazing. When my AC stopped working, I had a company out that convinced me that I needed a new system. They said my system was completely done. The quoted me an outrageous amount so I called Quality Breeze for another estimate on an entirely new system. Mind you, I did not ask them for a second opinion that I needed a new system because the prior company convinced me that I did. I just called Quality Breeze to see if I can get a lower price on the system. Jesus came out and said that I really didn’t need a new system, just a new part. He replaced the part for 1/10th of the price the other company quoted me on. He even threw in a new thermostat for free! I was still skeptical that this would solve the problem, but it’s now been three months and the AC is still working like new. This company saved me thousands of dollars on a new system. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced such honest and excellent service from any company. Quality Breeze is now going to be my go to company for all HVAC needs!

The absolute best AC company I've worked with in the Miami area. Jesus is the best. The couple times he's come out to diagnosis and make repairs has been quick, efficient, and gets everything working perfectly. Always very patient, explains the problem well, and does quality work. By far the best a/c company… I’ve been a customer for the last 5 years. They changed my a/c unit and continue to offer maintenance service.I have called them with emergency repairs and they are always there to help. I am very pleased with the level of responsiveness and professionalism. a/c units need the proper maintenance to keep up with the rising Miami’s temperature. I can’t recommend them enough…

So, I gotta tell ya, Quality Breeze totally came through for me! My AC was acting up in one room, and this other company tried to convince me to spend a ton on expensive fixes. But I decided to get a second opinion from Quality Breeze, and boy, am I glad I did! They gave me quick, affordable, and legit service that saved me a boatload of cash. Now, here's the funny part. Last week, I tried calling them and scheduling an appointment, but it seemed like their phone number and booking system were taking a little vacation. But hey, I'm sure it was just a temporary glitch. Don't let that put you off—they're definitely worth giving another shot!

We had our first a/c unit installed back in 2007 and highly recommend you get the yearly maintenance program. Whenever our unit needed service, Quality Breeze would get a repairman out there quickly and at our convenience. When we decided to change our old a/c for a newer, more efficient unit, they were great. We scheduled for them to come early at 7 a.m. & at 6:57 a.m, the crew was waiting outside to get started promptly. The instillation was seamless and when they were finished, it looked as if nothing had been done. The handyman who came the next day to fix the ac door molding was absolutely fabulous. He even cut out a small part of the molding so that the filter could be placed in more easily. You always hear of horror stories, NOT with this family owned business. If you want a quality A/C Company, use Quality Breeze.

My 15 year old AC finally died so I needed an affordable and reliable replacement. I called one of my friends and he recommended Quality Breeze AC. They came out and gave me a reasonable quote. They returned two days later and replaced my whole unit (inside and out). They did this professionally and efficiently. I REALLY appreciate their willingness to wear face masks, showing their willingness to follow CDC COVID19 guidelines. I highly recommend them.
