Excellent work very professional and very willing to answer questions regarding the AC and its maintenance and they explained in detail the issues . Our Tech was Jimmy super nice guy .

Michele does a great job following up and scheduling service and Jimmy is always polite and respectful of our home while performing thorough service and answering any questions we have.

Arrived on time! Technician was a happy guy and very efficient! It was raining when he arrived but still got right to it! Should get extra stars for that!

Trinity installed a new air conditioning system a year ago in my townhome. The technicians did a great job fashioning an air handler for a small space. I am very pleased with the products they chose for my home and the functionality of the system. The technician installed at no extra cost an Ecobee smart thermostat I purchased separately. I use Trinity’s maintenance plan where a technician comes to the house every 6 months to check the system and flush the lines. Highly recommend Trinity!

The service was fast and courteous. It was pricey. My biggest issue is that one of the plastic covers on the unit fell off inside the unit while he was working. I did inquire about it. His solution was to put tape over the whole left from the plastic piece falling off! Lazy? Lack of work ethic? Brand directive are not focused on thoroughness? Not sure, but not what I expected especially since I asked about it before he left. I believe that As a brand representative he should have taken care of it. I expected more professionalism and pride in work

Fast, friendly, reliable service. I’ve used Trinity Air conditioning for the past 10 years and have found the owner to be honest and to operate the business with integrity. I recommend this group and enjoy working with them.

My air conditioner is under warranty and I called Trinity air to see how the warranty works. They said I would have to pay for a technician to come out to diagnose the problem. The fee was $130.00 plus if they go over 30 minutes it would be $70.00 for every half hour. After 3 minutes the tech diagnosed that is was the blower motor which takes 15 minutes to replace. He quoted $375.00 in addition to the $130.00 for the diagnosis. If this was explained properly to me over the phone I would not have used Trinity's service. The repair cost for 15 minutes of work would be over $500.00 . I will not be using or recommending Trinity air conditioning company.

Excellent job as expected. This is the 2nd unit they have installed in our house. The previous one lasted 22 years (Trane 2 stage motor unit). Their customer service is superb. Highly recommend!!!
