Austin Segrest and Nate Smith were phenomenal technicians! They arrived shortly after our phone call and remedied numerous problems including a melted outlet! They answered our questions, gave advice, and were very knowledgeable, experienced and polite. AirNow is the best! ******************************************* This weekend our a/c went out and AirNow answered and sent Dexter Bailey out on the weekend and he did a GREAT JOB—very polite, knowledgeable, thorough and GOT IT FIXED on a hot day! Joe had excellent customer service.. He did try and help resolve my issue. Joe was able to find the leak in the unit. My compressor went out in my unit. Joe did recommend a new unit. I was given a prices for both a new compressor and quotes a price for a new unit. Joe was exceptional in explaining my options. Chad was called in and gave me a more detailed explanation of what my choices is..

I had Dexter. He was very helpful and honest. I had requested to get a technician that can take a look at the attic fans and unfortunately Dexter was not confident in his ability to help in this area. He was honest with me about it which does matter to me! He had great customer service recommended some additional items to buy, when I wasn’t sure about the purchase he quoted the items for me and emailed it to me. He was very professional. I was most appreciative about the fact that he allowed my son to follow him and watch him work on the AC unit. He was extremely kind and these kind of technicians is why I use your company! By questions were not all answered but superb customer service is most important to me!

My tech Nate was great. He was honest about the work I need done and explain everything that needs to be done in order for the job to be completed. Update: Nate and Cody did an excellent job install my 2 attic fans. They’re professional, understanding and knowledgeable. I will definitely be doing business again.

Blake was very courteous and thorough. He discussed our check-up with us We are always well pleased with the techs you send us.We are treated with care and concern and corrections are made quickly. Also Jeff Lenoir who came last year moved the I-Wave to make it more efficient. He said he made it like he had it at his house. We also have the UV light so we are pleased with the air quality now.
