Great experience!!! Called and they were able to be at my house in right around a hour! As soon as I described the issue he knew right where to go and had us back up and running in 5-10 mins. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and serviced. We will be calling them back for all service and issues in the future. Love that we can support a Moody based company too!

I had an emergency happen on a Saturday. I reached out that day. I was able to immediately get someone. We scheduled the time for 3pm that same day. Once out to my house, the problem was fixed within 15 minutes. Richie was prompt and service was excellent. The pricing was quite reasonable too- especially for a weekend service! I found a regular AC service and recommend greatly.

I was pleased with the level of service I received. I was well taken care of and have no doubt that he was honest about my issue because he showed me what was going on with my system. I have no complaints at all. I would definitely recommend Simple Comfort to anybody with an HVAC problem. It’s great to find a company who cares about solving their customers problems like this. Very professional and knowledgeable. Came out on the 4th of July and had the air working again in an hour. Very prompt and excellent service. They have a new customer now as I will call on them for all of my AC and heating service. Very good rates too. Nice to discover such a great company!

Richie diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly. He was able to effectively communicate to me what the problem was and what could be done to repair my ac unit. Simple comfort provides great customer service and has great prices. I would use them again. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area who needs quality heating and air service.

Richie who owns this business is absolutely amazing. Do yourself a favor and call him for a quote or let him handle any issues you are having with your heating or air conditioner. Richie is courteous, knowledgeable, competent and professional; his staff is also extremely professional and polite. My AC Unit went down two days before Memorial Day and I had to tell him not to come out on Memorial Day to spend time with his family. He called me back immediately did everything he said he would do every step of the way. He went above and beyond to evaluate my units crawling under my house and thoroughly investigating the situation much more than any of the 9 other companies I called did. Not only was his quote the cheapest of all 9 his service and customer care was by far the best. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. Wow! Just wow! I have never had a better experience in dealing with any sort of house repairs!!! The owner was at my house within an hour of me calling, and he took the time to go over many different options from repair/replacing to buying new. I'm fairly ignorant about the HVAC world, but my questions were answered until I felt very educated! Repairs ended up not being cost effective or time appropriate. Long story short, these guys found a used unit that they could install same day. They were at my house with flashlights installing this until almost 9 PM. Not to mention, the price COULD NOT BE BEAT! The owner and his employees are knowledgeable, well spoken, and completely care about their clients!!! I will never call another heating and air company, Simple Comfort is getting nothing but rave reviews from this customer!!
