Installed new unit in new home , Brennan will not answer calls or return messages.unit will not heat or cool. Been trying for months to get my new unit repaired with no response!! Don’t use Southern Comfort heating and cooling!!!

Mr. Steele, you know that this review, in no way, represents the truth. I am very disappointed that you'd misrepresent the truth in this way. I've been in business for 20 years, and the reason that we've grown year over year, is because we take care of our customers. I absolutely answered your calls, or returned them. You built your home 4.5 years ago, and I've repaired it several times for free, outside of your one year labor warranty, just to keep you as a satisfied customer. Last year I even purchased you a new evaporator for your ductless unit, when the factory denied the claim. That was $900 out of my pocket! I've been extremely fair, and went out of my to help you. You are clearly ungrateful, and we regret that our relationship has ended this way.
When we built our house they were our HVAC contractors. Did a great job and all is working just fine. Would definitely use them again!

Called five times and they were a no show each time after making an appointment for service to our unit that we bought through them and they never even let us know they weren't coming either so we were home all day waiting. And each time we called they kept making excuses about being busy and backed up. Awful business with awful excuses and terrible service. They finally did come out and tried to talk us in to buying some insurance to get it cleaned twice a yr which our unit didn't need cleaned because it was leaking and they didn't even fix it just left and then never showed back up after all our appointments and calls. If I could give zero stars I legit would.

The Southern Comfort team is extremely responsive. They have helped us replace a couple units and service a few others. They are knowledgeable and approachable.

Southern Comfort took care of us when we had new ducts put in our crawl space. Very fast and professional and came in at a fair price. Communication was easy and they were happy to answer any questions I had. Would definitely do business with them again.

We had a new unit installed in March. Unit worked great initially but failed in July. After repairs were made, multiple vents in the house started building condensation. A technician made two separate visits to troubleshoot and was super nice. He changed some settings but ultimately told us we needed Brennan the owner to come troubleshoot it further. Now the unit struggles to cool the house and runs nonstop. I have a vent that is dripping water into my floor. I have spoke with Brennan multiple times and was given a two day window to expect him last week. He never showed or called. Same deal today, we spoke yesterday, said he’d come and we never heard from him. Terrible communication and terrible customer service. Wyatt and Kendra seem like very nice, genuine people. I want to like this company badly, but this has been an absolutely horrible experience. I get that it’s a busy time of year for any HVAC company, but putting customers off WEEKS at a time is simply not good business. Wish we had went with a different company to say the least.

Was referred to this HVAC company by a Realtor. WOW! What a fantastic experience. They were very professional, on time, followed up prior to the appointment, service was excellent and they were affordable! Travis recommended exactly what I needed and nothing more! Needless to say I will use and refer them again and again. (Love my new digital thermostat too!)
