Baker's Heating & Air Conditioning

Exactly the same issue as previous complaints. Waiting since October for AC to be repaired correctly, 3 weeks ago advised another part was ordered and now no answer to phone calls. Hope Mr. Baker is well.

I thought it was a good price for replacing my air handler. But a part went out. They ordered a part for it. A week later they brought a part that was broken. They took it back and ordered a new one. Now a month has passed and I can’t even get them to answer the phone

Mr. Baker is the best and most stubborn man that works on my a/c. He has came at 7 at night before to bring me an entire unit so my kids and I wouldn't sleep in heat and had to drive an hour here and hour back home. Honestly I feel like he's family everytime I see him. His passion in his job! He's the ONLY person I'd recommend... and also most importantly pretty damn affordable.

I have used Bakers many times, every time we move, or have a problem with ours or one of the homes that we have lived in, I have also called for several friends of ours which all continue to use to this day. They are honest hard working people, and always have your system up and running as fast as possible without cheating anyone out of a penny. I do not believe any harsh reviews due to the fact that never not once have I had a problem with anyone at Bakers. Gene is honest and dependable always has been and I have used them for well over 20 years. 100% top quality, trustworthy and reliable. Gene is the best!!!!

They installed the A/C on our new trailer. Have had multiple problems with it in the year and a half we have had it. Was charged $600 for a defective part that was under warranty for "labor and shipping" for the part. Had them out 4 months ago they changed a switch and now the A/C is not working again. They definitely sold us a lemon.

We bought a new trailer and they recommended a unit too small for the size. Have called multiple times with no one answering and or returning messages left. Please do not allow these idiots to work on any of your stuff related to heating/cooling. Would give negative stars if available.

Gene Baker and his crew, at Baker’s Heating & Air, came to our home and installed a new 5 ton Goodman, several years ago, and did a great job, and cleaned up everything after they were done. Before he left, he made me aware that if I would call Goodman, my warranty would be extended from 5 to 10 years. For that, I AM VERY THANKFUL! Due to the longer warranty that I received, from making that call, when my AC failed, I had warranty coverage and was able to get my AC repaired at no additional costs. Thanks Gene!

Great service!! Quick to come out when called and fixed all my a.c. problems at such a reasonable rate. I have a unit that is hard to find parts for and they were able to find the parts and get them quickly to restore my heat. They were happy to explain everything that they were doing and why it needed to be done. Everyone that works there is so nice and friendly! It is hard to find a company that you can trust not to rip you off. I have found that company with Baker!! Only a.c. company we will ever use again!!
