We were slow getting our spring maintenance, but Michael came and did not ‘get on to us!’ We knew we had a reported crack in the drip pan… Micheal was returning to exchange the pan on Monday, but we had another leak. He came today and fixed it all! Michael Worsley is such a professional, kind, and knowledgeable technician. Thank you for sending him. He is an asset to your company.

October 2023 we bought a whole home Kohler generator system from Ray and Son and on 12/10/2023 we lost power due to a storm passing through the area and the system worked as advertised. Within a few seconds (15-seconds at most) from the time that we lost power our generator came on and we once again had power in our whole house. Job well done to Kohler and Ray and Son.

Just had a new 3 ton Carrier air conditioner installed today. The installation team of Jeremy, Jacob and Hayden were very nice, polite and helpful. They were on time and were very respectful during the time they were here. Couldn't have asked for the install to go any better. Great company to do business with.

Francisco did a wonderful job at fixing our AC! I couldn't have asked for a better, more competent and knowledgeable technician! He was, quick, and identified the problem immediately after I told him the symptoms, and replaced the part for me. From me making the call to them, them coming, to payment, it only took an hour. Definitely recommend, and request Francisco!

My wife and I really enjoyed the service (HV/AC installation) they provided to our home. They (Jeremy & Jacob) go above and beyond to make sure their job is completed, and we are satisfied. Jeremy and Jacob are down to earth guys, professional, explain what work they are doing or if they might run into a problem which they didn't. We are 100% satisfied, even with the salesman was very supportive and the staff is friendly. We were referral by two set of family friends and we 100% referral them to anyone we talk with. Best experience ever! As long as we’re in southern Georgia, we will use no other company. From the friendly office staff (thank you Stephanie!), to Brett (salesman), to Francisco (technician), to Jeremy and Jacob..we could not possibly be more happy. Hands down the best experience we’ve ever had (coming after a really negative home buying and previous local HVAC company experience). Thank you everyone so very much!

Called Ray & Sons to help with my Heat Pump. It began blowing white flakes in late November. They were quick to come out & assess the situation for their standard call fee. The tech stated our duct work needed to be reworked near the registers throughout the house and a required a cleaning also. He stated another tech would provide an estimate for the work. After a week I called and was told the information would be passed on. I called again after 7 days and was told the information was passed on and the receptionist would follow up. It is now the end of February and I am still waiting on a call with an estimate. While, based on reviews, I am sure they do good work, but 2 stars on customer service is about all they deserve. I’ll chalk it up to a $70 lesson learned, and begin my search for someone more reliable & true to their word.

Five stars again for Jason and Ray & Son! I sent a text message and had a response within minutes and was told he could be at our house within 2 hours. Jason was here a year ago so it was great to see a familiar face show up to work on our A/C Unit. Just like last time, he tells me exactly how much it is going to cost, what all of my options are and has all the parts on the truck to complete the job. No need to return, no need to order anything, he completed the job as promised. All around a fantastic experience and many other companies could take a lesson in customer service from these folks. They are the best I have ever used.
