The technician alerted me to his imminent arrival, and was on time for the delivery of service. After hearing my description of the problem and examining the AC unit, the technician explained the service options and the associated costs. Service was completed efficiently. He was very courteous and professional.

Call Cool Ray for an HVAC issue at 12:45 am, was able to make an appointment for the same day, hours away. Service guy came on time, diagnosed the problem immediately, fixed it, gave recommendations for owner maintenance, and offered a subscription for maintenance through the company. The tech ((Randy) was professional, kind, quick, and knowledgeable. Will definite be calling them in the future.

The tech said he could come out earlier than my schedule appointment- and not only did he come earlier but he found the cause and the problem and fixed it- haven't been home to verify just yet but I'm trusting his word. Tech was very polite which goes along way!!

The team did a great job and knocked it out quickly. We had a pretty hard rain storm come in during installation and they popped up a canopy over the outside work area and never missed a beat. The area was cleaned up after the instillation so well you never knew they were there. The installation looks great.

Hunter was the absolute best technician that has come through our door. He was so great at explaining everything to us. Very kind and respectful. He fixed our problem very quickly and made sure the rest of our unit was functioning correctly. He definitely went above and beyond.

My HVAC was installed by Christopher Wells and William Copeland. Christopher gave exceptional customer service something you don't get these days. Every one wants to do a quick job even if the customer is not satisfied. Christopher was patient and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to ensure I was able to get the service I wanted. Great service and great people. As a new home owner I needed a new HVAC system and they took care of me and my family with my needs and so much more. They also installed a new water heater and put insulation in my attic. I couldn't be happier with the attention to detail and the friendliness of the people involved. From the sales rep to the installers the attention to detail is unmatched. 10/10

The installers were friendly, dedicated, and professional as well. They completed the job, then showed me how to operate my new thermostats. This experience couldn't have gone any better.
