Chuck came over to help with a pro lem with our AC, had it figured out and fixed in less than an 1 1/2 hours, took the time to explain what was wrong and showed me what the problem was. Also provided a very reasonable price. Want Chuck every time I need service from now on!
Really good communication, prompt and professional service. Chris was really good to work with, answer questions, and he did what he said he would do. Hard to find these qualities in today’s world.

The Progressive team is incredible! They 100% go above and beyond in service. We’re having three units replaced and they’re doing it right by fixing things, down to the tiniest detail, to make things right instead of just patching things to get it done. Michael is an excellent technician! He even vacuumed up debris that fell from my attic onto my floor. He explained everything needed for my a/c units . Michael is very professional with a pleasant personality…..

This a quality company. They have quality people who actually take pride in what they do. Hunter helped us upgrade our bath fan and we could not be more impressed with the results. He even noticed a few other minor issues with our furnace while he was in the attic and had his team handle those during our spring maintenance. (Good communication and following through on what they say they’re going to do) on the day of install the team was courteous, thoughtful and thorough. They took their time making sure the venting was not only going to work but that it was also aesthetically pleasing and that we were happy. Highly recommend!

This review is about our experience with Progressive employee Adam Heitzman. He was very experienced and thorough in the explanation of what we were going to have to do with the old system if we decided to keep it. He explained the advantages of getting a new one. He was very knowledgeable and we decided to let go of our 15 year old and go with the new AC unit. Very happy we did. Always have had a great experience with Progressive!
