Vinny was very informative, friendly, and professional . I appreciated Global Air for informing us throughout the afternoon that Vinny was a running a little behind and what time we should expect him. Very professional!

These guys are great. Got a new unit installed and a return in the master bedroom Joey the installer was great. Would recommend global air if you’re looking for a new hvac company.

We had a couple of issues needing attention. Our technician, Nick, arrived at his proposed service time and was extremely courteous and professional. He communicated his troubleshooting and resolution steps thoroughly and clearly. We highly recommend Global Air and Nick for any AC needs you might have.

I called at 6pm with a problem. The technician arrived the next day before 11am. The tech was very thorough and professional. Checked through every possible problem. Fixed within a half hour. Then he tested again to make sure it was cooling and kicking off/on properly. I highly recommend this company.

Vinny is a great asset for your company. Very polite. Explains what he did. Always asks if I have any questions. He never appears “rushed to get on to the next customer or to get home.”

World Class Customer Service from the time you make an appointment, to the follow up with them letting you know when they will be arriving, to the technicians doing the work to their follow up when additional work has to be performed that they found while doing their routine maintenance. Then I receive a very fair price for their services. If I could give them 10 starts I would! Gary

I have an annual contract with Global Air for my HVAC and, as I learned today, my pool heater. Who knew? This company is excellent. They communicate extraordinarily well via text and phone (I’m in Virginia with a home in Venice that is leased to year round tenants), with a call after every visit. They recognize problems before they occur and offer cost effective solutions at my option. If there was a six star rating, Global Air would get it.

Service people very nice and polite. No problems with them. On time, seemed knowledgeable. First call was on Sunday. Heating element and capacitor? Got it up and running. $(339) Yesterday it wasn’t working. Second call today. Unit completely out of gas. Told it was full on Sunday? That it was a slow leak. Sunday to Monday completely drained? 🤔. Filled the gas today but suspects it will run out again because he couldn’t find the leak. and it will probably run out again and he will need to come back for more servicing.. Now today another $300+. Needless to say I’m not thrilled. I wish it could have been completely fixed.
