The quality of the work done seems excellent, and the technician even saved me about 15% off the original quote. The office people seem very nice, but there seemed to be some confusion between them as to who was coming to me, and when. Overall, I will use them again. 1-5 = 4.5

A-1 is highly recommended! Great customer service and quality products! Had vertigo for 6 months. Since I got my new air conditioner I am free of dizzy spells. Guess my old system had mold.

I am very pleased with this company! When I needed them they were there. When I called the office and left a message they called me back quickly. That means a lot to me! When I talk to the office or the technicians who come to your home, they are very thorough when explaining everything to you so you understand just what is going on with your air conditioner. The guys who come out are very professional and courteous. They do a good clean up after themselves too. I feel that their prices are reasonable and I like how they will stand behind their work. I will gladly call them again if I need any air conditioning work.

We cannot speak highly enough for this company! They were prompt, courteous, thorough, and very fair. And our problem was occurring when the thermometer was hitting the mid 90's! We're neighbors of Mark and Kathy, they installed our new AC unit with professionalism and pride. Since then we've had a couple of service calls to ensure the units reliability. Each time they were prompt and courteous.Last night we called Kathy and explained our problem and Mark was there within an hour, even though he had worked all day he still managed to have a smile on his face. He diagnosed and fixed a clogged drain and the unit is running fine. We live in Meadow Wood Farms and encourage our neighbors and friends in need of a repair or replacement to call Kathy. I called A-1 Quality Cooling & Heating when my AC went out this week. They did the original install for my dad. Although I was expecting the worst, and expecting to wait in the heat, they responded the next morning and quickly resolved the problem. The technician skillfully determined the exact part that failed, and had replacement on hand. No wait for part order. He got AC back on and charged a most reasonable price. It was refreshing to find an honest and efficient HVAC company. Being in construction myself, I expected a challenge, but I was very pleasantly surprised. My hat's off to A-1. Thank you!

I moved to Florida in July and about a week into living at my house the air conditioner just stopped working. Being new to the area I had no idea who to call so I went over to my neighbors and he told me to call A1 Quality. They came out quickly that same day and had my air up and running right away. The service tech gave me alot of information that was really helpful and the price was very reasonable. If anything ever happens again these are definitely the guys I'm going to call.
