Antonio was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He had to come late to look at our air conditioning that was not working on a very hot day. He found the issue and was prompt yet thorough in fixing it and explaining everything to my husband. Thank you Antonio!!

We recently purchased a fixer upper home in Ocala and the AC unit that was in it was 39 years old! After it broke, we knew we wanted a solid company to come out and replace the unit and ductwork since it couldn't be salvaged. All Star gave us a quote and we knew we wanted to use them for the repair and investment. This is because of how personal Ben, the owner was in explaining the process and what would be best for the future of our home. The repairs took just under 2.5 days and the crew was super efficient and quick. The job site was cleaned after every day and process was simple. The confidence they gave us was unmatched and we couldn't be happier with our new AC investment. Would highly recommend.

All Star air sent a tech out the same day, today! David came and was very kind, knowledgeable, and had our issue fixed very quickly! He let us know all the things we needed to about keeping our system up to snuff as we are from Montana and this will be our first full summer here. ALOT less than I was expecting the fix to cost, same day, knowledgeable, kind, not much more you could ask for from any company 😁 Thanks David you took a lot of stress away very quickly for us!

EDITED: Originally in 2021, I was fairly satisfied with the system that was installed. Then, in early 2023, I realized that I was overcharged, and the system that was put in begun to have many issues. To be fair, their technicians are good guys. They did what they could, but ultimately, the blame falls on the salesman and the installers. The owner was reasonable, and made it as right as he could by covering the motor and coil replacements. Now, (August 2023) I was ready to cancel after my final paid service, but James came out to service my system and convinced me to give the company another chance. He gave me a great price for a new UV light, a spare bulb, and another year of 6 month checkup services for $995. He was knowledgeable, helpful, very reasonable, and pleasant. This is enough for me to give this company another shot and give a better review.

Serviceman was polite and prompt. Called to confirm his arrival. Coached me in some DIY service tips. Good guy. Allstar is always that way to a man and woman. Thanks

On 2/26/24 I had MY A/C serviced. I had a UV light replaced ($269), being told it would be good for 2 years. My invoice states that it should be replaced every year. What's up with that? Again, the Maint./Tuneup Checklist has no data and has an old picture of of my air filter. So, I really don't know what was done except the $269 UV light replacement. Robert Woods was a nice guy and was professional, but the All-Star Company has taken a big step backward over the past few years.

To Whom it may concern at All-Star Heating and Cooling: Robert was very professional in every sense of the word. He arrived in the time frame that was given. He went to work right away. He consulted me with his findings and after my approval he went to work on to correct the problem. I would appreciate if on future cleanings or anything to do with my unit that Robert be sent to deal with my unit from here on in. He is very knowledgeable and he wastes no time doing his work.
