Dustin with Alpha Heating & Air is truly the PhD of HVAC! His team was on time, efficient, focused on great service and excellent clean-up. I had a brand new Rheem HVAC installed last year and unfortunately, there was a lot wrong with the install. Now, everything is set correctly, the platform is level, and the UV light is installed in the right place. I could not believe all the mistakes made in the initial install and I will always use the Alpha team!

Recently had to replace our AC/heat system that was over 17 years old. Had several companies come out to give us quotes and look over what had to be done....some barely gave a glance at our system,while Alpha Heating and Heat did a thorough inspection.Pointed out things the other companies did not,but needed to update. A few days later,we decided to use Alpha and boy,we are sure glad we did. Dustin and his team did an amazing job and did not leave till the job was done 100%...No cutting corners with this team. Recently, we had to replace our 17-year-old air-conditioning System. We shopped around to get quotes and to meet with the businesses. When Alpha heating and air showed up, we were quite impressed. Very professional and on time, which is very important. And in just a few days they installed the system. They went above and beyond and what they did, and kept us updated along the way. We could not be happier with using this company and I recommend them to everyone. You won’t go wrong using Alpha heating and air. I guarantee it.

We needed a complete new system including duct and equipment. The equipment originally installed by previous owners was a mess to say the least. Dustin and his team explained what needed to be done, gave us options and professional opinions on each option. He went far as to say “this is a big job” and k encourage us to get other opinions and estimates. Needless to say we went with Alpha. I have never seen a team of workers work so well together and actually “like their job”. The respect that was shown from Dustin’s team to each other was remarkable to witness. Dustin is a hands on owner and on the job everyday ALL DAY. If we had to do this again I would not hire anyone else BUT ALPHA! *Updated* The Alpha team came back to do an install of a split mini system in a playroom. Again they were GREAT! I would give them 10 stars if that was an option!
