Had some work done by Logan madden…The gentleman was really knowledgeable . I felt extremely comfortable and confident I picked the right company. He came fixed the issues with our A/C.and showed us how bad our ductwork had to be cleaned. Thank you so much Logan for caring for your customers. I noticed my breathing is a lot better .I wish I could give more than 5 stars buddy.

Logan came out to complete a maintenance and he found multiple things wrong with our AC system and the condition of the duct work. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave us multiple options and left our system running in a greater condition. They are now coming out to fix the duct work. I'd definitely recommend Mid-Florida Heating & Air to all my family and friends
I was having problems with my AC unit and so we called Mid Florida because I see the orange vans everywhere in Ocala Logan came out and determined the problem- he explained what it was and was able to repair it in a jiffy!! We would definitely ask for Logan again and would recommend this company to others

My technician Chris Clubb just left my house..Had my AC Unit serviced.He took his time..checked and cleaned Everything.Answered all my Questions and made sure I was pleased with work before he cleaned up area.Outstanding Job..Thank you!

If I could make a negative review I would. My mother requested a $149 service request and Logan Madden managed to upsell her thousands of dollars worth of repairs. He manipulated her and made her feel her health was at risk with her current system which was functioning properly. He took advantage of her good will and after trying to cancel she is forced to pay for unnecessary services rendered. I am part owner of the home and I was never contacted or gave authorization for those services to be performed. Buyers beware for unethical sales tactics with this company. My mother is on a fixed social security income and unable to buy food for the upcoming months. When I called the office in Ocala they advised only Logan could alter any conditions to the sale and were unable to help. I am beyond saddened by the way this company has treated us. She should only have received and been billed for the service she initially requested. I should have been notified prior to any repairs being made. I am filing a complaint with the BBB for a refund! Logan changed his story 3 times with what we were able to cancel and when. Anything for a sale BEWARE!

UPDATE: today is 12/27/23 i have yet to hear anything from this company on my refund, can i consider this as stealing now, very upsetting a company like this will keep someones money and not refund it, when no service for maintenance was ever done. think ive been nice long enough. don't usually do this but. Back on Aug 4th had tech at my house, I paid for a maintenance service of $149.00, the office staff said they left mess. Regardless I asked for refund, and I keep getting run around. 3 months now. I just want my money back. Was told they only cut checks once a month, whatever it's been 3 months now and NO REFUND!!!!

Bought and had installed a new unit 6 months ago today I've had over five service calls and currently sitting over a week with a unit that is broken have requested the unit be swapped out. Getting to run around about it needs to be approved through manufacturer although unit is supposedly under warranty Will start with this review and escalate to BBB if not resolved quickly

We have been using Mid-Florida soon after we purchased this home 3 years ago. Our first experience with another company was very poor, since they attempted to say our system required replacement when it was only a sensor that shut down the compressor. These folks are very honest a d told us when discovering the sensor issue that the system was only 7 years old and was far from requiring replacement. We have since had them install a split unit wall unit in our lanai with wonderful results. They do semi-annual maintenance and have Ben a pleasure to work with.
