This company phone solicited me for a special $35 maintenance service. That seemed like a good deal so I accepted and scheduled with them. One hour before my scheduled appointment, the service technician called me and asked me if I would be replacing my unit. I said no, this is for a routine maintenance which THEY solicited me for. He said, "well that's not going to work, we'll need to reschedule." So in other words, since they would only be getting the $35 out of me that THEY offered me and not thousands of dollars, I'm no value. Thanks for wasting my time. Typically bait and switch company. Don't waste your time with these losers!

What a great bunch of people. Had Shawn come for a maintenance check before we left for Michigan. Shawn opened the unit and discovered so much mold and basically nasty stuff in it plus the slab wasn't level. Gave us a great deal and was installed within 2 days. Juan even called to update me regarding their ETA. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Met Andrew at a gas station last night and took his own time to get my car started when I couldn’t figure it out. He didn’t have to stop and help me but I am so grateful he did. Anytime I need AC service, I will be calling Superior.

We've had Superior do all our AC installations (2 homes) & maintenance since coming to FL 7 years ago. EXCELLENT!!!Never had a problem with anything. They even call to remind us to have our maintenance done. Shawn Paradise, excellent technian, was here yesterday. What a personality! He explained many things about AC. They now have a state of the art, scientific purifier. It will take care of bacteria, viruses, mold and allergens. Check it out!

When it comes to service, this company is legit - from Richard's first quote visit to job completion a few days later. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Joe and Derek installed the AC Unit and Air Handler, while Andre and Kyle changed out all of our duct work. Each technician took the time to explain what they were doing and why. They did exceptional work and truly exceeded our expectations. On a related note, they were very kind to our two dogs, and they thanked me for my military service. These two items may sound small, but it illustrated how they value the personal side of their job. They came into our home and made us feel comfortable and valued. It is evident that this company has excellent Top Down Leadership that fosters a Caring Culture. We would highly recommend Superior AC to anyone in need of Heating and Cooling service and equipment. They will not disappoint!

We’ve been here in Florida for about 30 years. During this time, we’ve had to deal with several HVAC contractors. None of them even comes close to the level of service we receive from Superior. We had Shawn and Jimmy come in to do the annual inspection on our unit. These two were very professional and did a complete inspection of our whole system. They did such a good job, we decided to sign up for a maintenance contract with them. Their service and pricing are the best we’ve ever come in contact with. I would highly recommend these folks if you ever have any AC problems. Thanks!!!

Would recommend to anyone. Shawn was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything about the installation process and how to operate the system. His installation team did a great job, were very nice and made sure the system was working before leaving. They also cleaned up after the installation. Excellant service.

We have been using Superior to do our annual maintenance on our system for years. We had them install a new unit (inside & outside) yesterday and they were on time, professional and very thorough.
