Excellent job on the installation. Jean and his helper were very efficient with getting our ac unit installed. I would highly recommend and would do business with ABC Air in the future.

I switched to ABC Air Conditioning and Heating Specialists when I wanted a better deal for our annual AC tuneups. I am so happy that I found them because this was one of the best AC tuneups I have had in years since having my air conditioner. Our technician Neal was incredibly efficient, friendly, and educated me about the status of my AC. Up until today I had never even seen what our coils looked like nor the quality of the water from our unit, but he took the time to show me the condition of them. He was a wonderful technician and a reflection of this company. They have a wonderful deal, if not at the best rate for AC tuneups, and as a Floridian, this is something that everyone should have. I can’t recommend this company and Neal enough!

I cannot recommend this company enough! After receiving a quote from the company that handles our annual ac maintenance, I knew I had to get more quotes on the work we needed done. We wanted a new ac unit and new air ducts. On the ac unit alone ABC was half of what our current ac company was. I was totally transparent with what we were quoted and showed the proof. ABC could have underbid a few grand and what difference would I have known? Everyone has to make money, but ABC wasn’t greedy! From start to finish everyone with ABC has been fantastic! Eddie was the one who came out for the quote. I didn’t feel like he was a salesman at all. I felt like I had known him for years! Our crew that came for the install was Ahmed, Gene, Tony, and the twins (I’m sorry I forget their names). They were on time bright and early every morning, extremely polite, and cleaned up every night before they left. This was a 3 day job for them and on the last day they wanted to get us up and running. They were here until close to 10:00 at night just so we could have ac again. Rob came the day after install was done to go over any questions I had, to make sure his guys cleaned up properly, and to make sure he didn’t see anything that might not pass inspection. Rob, as well as everyone at ABC is fantastic! Oh, I can’t forget the girls in the office. Thalia (sorry if I spelled her name wrong) is the one I mainly dealt with and she explained everything and was a delight to talk to. You will not be disappointed using ABC!

From quote to scheduling to install and follow up has been nothing less than spectacular. I needed a new AC unit, and this company came highly recommended, and from the time Eddie walked into my house, he was extremely knowledgeable. What won my husband and I over was his honesty. Others promised a rebate and Eddie showed us that we did not qualify . Unless we wanted to get a much bigger and more expansive unit — Then Dory called us and was so sweet and worked with our schedule, Alex and Jose were our awesome installers showed up on time and took great care to our home laying down mats and did everything they could to minimize dust . They were so very pleasant. To go that extra mile Rob came out after install just to make sure everything went well, and did a full quality check. Rob even labeled my upstairs unit on my electric panel box — He answered any questions about the high-tech thermostat we had after Alex and Jose left — This business IS top notch— I highly recommend them for any AC needs — Rob might need to come back to visit my puppy Remi she loved seeing him — Thank you Eddie, Dory, Alex, Jose and Rob for everything !!

Aaron and Julian did a preventative maintenance check on my AC! They were very professional, respectful and informed me of what they were doing and what they saw. Aaron went above and beyond to fix minor things that should have been done by previous tech. His attention to detail and pride in customer satisfaction and what he does is applaudable !

Above and Beyond Perfect! ABC is definitely a company you should check out! Why? Three reasons! First, the salesman, Tom, praised not only the owners and the management team but also the great install team. We like hearing about a small company that is doing well. Second, a woman in the office, Kayla, helped rout my emails and advised me of any issues. So, the ability to have someone that coordinates your needs/requests is so important to a customer. Finally, and above all: the work force! Jean was in charge of the install team. (We were replacing our old A/C ducts). On the first day Jean’s team included Tony, Joe and Amed. They worked from 8:45 AM to 5:45 PM. And they cleaned up the mess before they left! On the second day, Jose, Justin, and Rob joined Jean’s team. Again, the crew worked and worked and worked. So impressive. And as tired as they were, they cleaned up before they left. Due to the idiosyncrasies of our house, six of them came back for a third and final day. When they tested our new duct work, the A/C pumped out lots of cold air! Of course, they cleaned up before they left. (As a final note, the Orange County inspector said that he was very impressed with their work!) We are very happy that we chose ABC. It was a great job done by a hard-working, knowledgeable crew at a fair price. If you are looking for A/C work, please give them a try!

I can't say enough amazing things about this company. From start to finish, estimate to install, ABC was top notch. Professional, timely, honest, reasonably priced, they had it all! Purchasing a new system was stressful enough, costly as it is, and they guided us through the entire process. Every person I interacted with was polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I cannot recommend them enough, if y'all are reading this, y'all run your business right, and it truly shows. I'm a huge proponent of customer loyalty and by treating this customer right you have gained their trust and y'all have earned my business for years to come.
