Great service, Aiden was awesome, solid troubleshooting, great communication, and very friendly. Never used Thompson before and they were awesome.

AC tech was knowledgeable and helpful in fixing the problem...which was actually no problem. Tech helped me to connect smart thermostat app to my phone for remote access.

Our part came in for our unit after the weekend as expected. The guys (Harmon’s) came to do the repair and replaced the parts needed, they troubleshoot a couple other issues with the unit and got it up and running for us. They had no problem taking a look at a couple other issues I was having with electrical work outside of this project. They were able to refer me to an electrician and another company who was able to help me get some quotes on new equipment. I can definitely see the respect these guys have by how quick others got back to them with answers and solutions for everything. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone due to how quick and thorough they work. Thank you!

Josh and Dee are the best! They are genuine people who care about others and are committed to running a business with a spirit of excellence. From start to finish, the experience was phenomenal! Katie was so kind and prompt with scheduling appointments. Cody Buckley was extremely thorough with the initial inspection to provide an estimate to remove our swamp cooler and replace it with a minisplit ductless system. We had the estimate back on the same day as the inspection! Upon request, Josh Thompson met with me at his shop to physically show me the options available to me and what the finished product would look like. After we approved the estimate, Anthony Gonzales led a full install crew with extreme efficiency and cleanliness. These guys were putting protective blankets over furniture. Running vacuums to clean up any dust. They removed all the old equipment and hauled it off. Every single person on the install crew was so respectful. Thanks Erin Simmons, Craig, and the rest of the crew. You guys are awesome! I cannot tell you how much I appreciated every person on the crew from start to finish. These are true professionals! Best experience ever!

Thompson Cooling and Heating is awesome! Professional, respectful, knowledgeable and timely. We had our heat pump, ductwork, thermostat and the rest of the system replaced and the job was well done. So our 2001 heat pump started icing over. These guys came out and did a diagnostic. It was leaking and probably only had 50% freon left and to top it off its a banned unit now. Ok next step, they gave us 4 proposals for new set up. We decided on the BEST option. Got financed and 3 was later the came and installed everything. They were always on time, in contact, and professional. I'm just glad this company set up shop in this little town of Page AZ.
