Southern Air has fantastic response time. Called after 5pm and they arrived within 30 minutes and had our unit up and running within the hour. Jason has been servicing our unit since it was installed. Always professional, courteous, and helpful. Great service, thank you!

My 14 year-old heat pump died around midnight friday (4/26/24); so I googled help and saw Southern Air actually uses an answering service so are reachable 24/7. Because it was midnight I opted to contact them via email. Saturday (4/27/24) early afternoon Robert, the technician, showed up and reviewed the problems. I opted for a new unit, Robert said he would contact a gentleman by Monday to come out and do an estimate. Jeremy showed up around 9:00 am this morning (4/29/2024) and gave me a professional, expeditious, cost feasible quote for a new system and totally new duct work. By 2:45 pm I was lounging in my lazy-boy playing Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning and the house was 73 degrees. Now THAT is excellent customer service! You almost can't get in and out of an emergency room on the weekend that fast. The install techs were great, Jeremy was great, Robert was great, and Brandy from the office was great. THANK YOU you guys, for everything.

Robert was amazing! Fast. Nice. Explained everything in detail! He has to come back out and I’m excited he is the one that will be fixing my ac unit.

Jamar Witt was our tech. He was courteous and professional, and answered questions in detail. Jamar diagnosed and repaired the issue very quickly. He was here about an hour and fifteen minutes. Overall, I'm very pleased with his work and would recommend Southern Air to anyone needing HVAC work.

Justin came to perform routine maintenance on our house AC unit and our Daikin unit. He was early, friendly and professional. He worked quickly and efficiently.
