Had an appointment with Sunrise today. I was most pleased with Michael, the technician who made the call. He was prompt, thorough, and extremely professional. Although this appointment was for preventative maintenance, I was given a detailed proposal for future suggested maintenance, which I will be doing. Highly recommended this group.

Anthony with Sunrise AC service was very professional and very friendly. He explained all the details of the service he was going to perform & at the end he went over all the findings & the suggested repairs need to keep the system in good running order. Sunrise AC service has Nothing but professional service & office staff

I asked Sunrise what their fee was to come out and diagnose the problem on my AC. They said the charge was $59. I asked if there were any additional fees or an hourly fee in addition. They said there was none. When the technician was on site he said there was an additional diagnostic fee. The total fee landed up being almost $200 and they still could not diagnose the problem. The charge to continue the diagnosis would have been over $800. I would never use this company for any AC work based upon how they handled this situation. They are extremely misleading to say the least. I was very unhappy with the company and would recommend not using them!!

Thank you for the feedback Steven. We take every customers review seriously and look in to them to ensure the best experience possible is delivered. The call that we listened to clearly stated that the $59 was for the cost of coming out and that any additional costs will be discussed with the technician. It was when our technician relayed this information to you that you agreed to move forward with the minor diagnostic. When our technician turned the system on it was flat on refrigerant and oil was observed on the filter. As a courtesy, we attempted to leak check it but because it was so low, we weren't able to detect the leak. It was at that point that we advised you of our findings and stated we have to add refrigerant to get the pressure up to check for a leak. It was at that point that you informed us that you did not want to move forward due to cost and we respected that. We also discussed the cost of full system replacements providing figures from 8k to 25k. We were then advised that you would like to pay for the work that has been done and part ways. We want to ensure the everyone's experience with us is a great one with multiple options for repairs/replacements. We regret that yours was not the experience we were hoping for. If you ever wish to give us another chance at providing you the excellent service that we strive to provide please let us know. We would love to hear from you!

We purchased our a/c unit from Sunrise a couple of years ago and we choose to have them service it twice a year. The service is always exceptional. Very informative without being pushy regarding upgrades and extra services. Noah did our service today and was very thorough and nice.

We had a surprise issue come up, and Sunrise was able to get their technician out right away! Spencer was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining the issue and our options, and helping us get our AC in working order with a plan moving forward to keep things in good condition. Everything was communicated well and in advance so we understood the process, our options, and any charges. Would highly recommend to anyone, and thank you Spencer for all your help!

We switched to Sunrise Heat & Air a couple years ago after being disappointed with company after company. Sunrise has performed maintenance, emergency calls and has installed new units at our primary residence as well as rental properties we own. They are always on time, friendly, courteous and thorough. On our most recent annual maintenance call, the technician (Spencer) was awesome. He took the time to explain what was working, what wasn't and what his recommendations were. Many thanks to Spencer and Sunrise for maintaining our faith that there are still some service-first, customer-oriented companies out there!
