Dylan came out and properly diagnosed and fixed my system. He made repairs to wiring that caused others to assume I had a bad component in my condenser. A lifesaver! Thorough, friendly and professional.

My first service with this company. My last company (Lakeside) doesn't service this area anymore and referred me to this company. Victor came out as scheduled and did a fantastic job! I signed up for Annual Maintenance Package also, can't beat the price for the service you receive. I highly recommend this company.

Absolutely FIVE STAR company with an exemplary level of integrity, honesty, knowledge and sincere care for their community and the comfort of others in this hot Florida weather! My AC stopped working today and after being told by a different company that I needed a new coil for $5000 OR an entirely new unit for $7580, I had posted this price on a neighborhood page to ask if it seemed about right. I recieved a message from Spencer, who offered to send a technician for a FREE second opinion, as he felt the price was outrageous. (Me too, no way I could have covered it) His Senior technician, Dylan, was here within 15 minutes. My home was now 84°. He did a complete inspection, ran tests, and discovered it was nothing more than clogged filters! My air is ice cold and working just fine after replacing one filter! They could have very easily sold me a "lower cost" coil or unit.. I would have never known any different.... BUT THEY WERE HONEST!!!! Integrity and honesty are priceless! They have my business for LIFE!

Five Star Customer Service found here! Brent is the best! He’s very skilled and knowledgeable, yet personable, I trust him with our system as he was one of the original installers. Brent always goes the extra mile, and takes pride in his work! He was able to diagnose the problem we were having and scheduled another service call to complete the repair. I highly recommend Vinson Heating & Air for your cooling and heating needs, you won’t be disappointed!

I posted a negative review regarding an AC installation from last summer, wherein there were some unresolved issues. Whenever I called the office, no one called me back. Within minutes of my review a few days ago, the owner contacted me and has now had a crew out to assess these issues, as well as to do a maintenance on my unit. The quick response is greatly appreciated and my thanks to Spencer and to Victor. This certainly changed my view of this company.

Brent always services my HVAC unit with care. He was able to find some inefficiencies recently which will save me money and make my home cool more efficiently! Love using Vinson, and have been for years now. Thank you Brent, Vinson, and rest of the team!
