Matt did a great job on the inspection and took pictures to show us the issues. Explained a plan that would solve our issues moving forward. They’re coming next Tuesday to do the work

Well Josh I bought a $10,000 unit with full warranty from your company, because of your commitment to veterans! My outside sensor was not linked to the inside computer. Now I need a circuit board. It will be 3 days with no repair!!! Went and bought a 12,500 btu window unit to get by. How do you think I feel? 100% disabled vet!

Had my six month service with A Superior last Friday and could not be happier! The Technician, Deisha, was professional and thorough. I recommend this Veteran owned company to everyone!

Two years ago A Superior replaced my Master A/C and vacuumed all of the ductwork. That unit has performed flawlessly so I have continued to have A Superior maintain both of my units. This year during the inspection we agreed the main house unit had reached the end of it's life after 25 years in service. A Superior gave me a couple of replacement options. Doing a little research I found the price to be competitive and well rated equipment. It only took a couple of days to schedule and installation was completed in about 4 hours. They guys were very professional and left the house at least as clean as when they arrived. I'll continue to have A Superior maintain my systems for a long time.

Matt and Jay cleaned our ducts and installed UV lights to help prevent mold. They took care not to leave the house dirty, communicated well, and were on-time, while explaining everything very simply. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Matt was was very friendly, professional, and very informative. He showed me things others have not before. I appreciate him taking the extra steps to keep me informed. He let me know my system was in good working order and let me know how I could get some extras to improve my system - but not in a pushy way. I love A Superior in this way.
