Lowest of the the low deceitful and very conniving. The boss which I can’t recall her name did not disclose the service charge and was very rude and disgusting when we asked why were we being charged service fee that was never explained to us when we booked with them like other companies told mentioned. So to then charge us for a service then add on a service fee when they are already getting paid for the job is very disturbing and they should be looked into for fraudulent charges.

Very knowledgeable and super responsive. Had an emergency when our AC started malfunctioning and temps started to rise. Drew and Josh took care of everything quickly and had me up and running in record time. Highly recommend.

They came out quickly and were able to replace my ac unit the next day when my current one could not be fixed and get us back into our home. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

Imagine this , You have 5 children and two inside animals , it's a high of 97 with a real feel of 108 degrees outside. Your only day off in weeks is July 4th , the holiday. Your brand new ac system im your 4 month old house installed by a competitor who will not pickup the phone or offer services freezes up and it's becoming a sauna inside , still 5 kids and 2 dogs and your only day off. THE STRUGGLE IS REAL. You call this company. The owner himself pickups the phone, tells you he can be there by 12 "it's 8sh" , arrives early around 930 or 10. Fixes a competitors product that's under warranty through that company when they wont pickup on JULY 4TH PEOPLE! Then proceeds to charge just a normal average rate not a jacked up holiday rate or emergency rate which I would have happily paid. 5 ⭐ , end of story. Use them you won't be disappointed.

Gulf Coast AC installed a new unit on my home. They have great customer service and quality work. They were able to install my unit and integrated it with my existing smart AC control. They had one of the lower quotes I received and with a better unit. Fair price, no drama, quality work, great customer service. I will definitely be using them in the future.
