Advanced Refrigeration & AC

Unit was not cooling. Called aforementioned company. Charged me about $215. $60 for service call/diagnostic fee (not an issue with that). My issue was them charging $157 for the mini turbo capacitor which is no more than $40. The tech wasn’t here no longer than 30 minutes. They’re definitely not for their consumers and very expensive! Will not recommend. Edit: had to hire a different company.

I have always used Advanced and the owner is very responsive to feedback. Living in Florida and the dire need for AC, keeps them busy. We are happy they are in our small town.

I do believe they are overpriced cuz they have a monopoly on Taylor County along with Lee Heating the guy came and fixed part of my AC weren't there five minutes way overcharged me I do believe but I had no choice he told me it would be another $60 which I did not have and he wanted cash and my AC is still not working because of I did not have the other 60

The only thing that I didn't like was the waiting I wish there was a better system on knowing a time of arrival so that away you don't have to sit and wait..... The weekend tech that came out both days was absolutely wonderful very polite, answered all my questions and made sure to let me know what he was doing and what the problem was! I give him 5 stars

Spoke with Joey. Was supposed to give us an estimate on replacing duct workand hooking up unit. We Need ac. He never showed up. Have to find someone else

Mike was very professional, knowledgeable, and quick on a after hours call for service. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the excessive charge for the start capacitor. The labor charge was fair.

I called at 8:12am by 9:13am the service technician called me and was at my house in 20 mins and had my air back up and going in less than 30 mins . Joey was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my air was working properly before he left I will use advanced again and would recommend them to anyone

Joey showed up on time, he said a little low on charge. I ask what compressor amp draw was , he said he would go check & said it needed a new capacitor. It didn't fix the ac. I asked what next he said he could not repair. Ask for $300.00 and left.
