Technician Antonio was excellent, 5 stars for him. Customer service on the other hand was poor, canceling my appt twice without bothering to call and tell me. When my 5 hour window was up I called and asked if they were coming and I got " oh, they had other service calls and can't make it." And you weren't going to bother to tell me??? Extremely rude and disrespectful of a customer's time. Especially when it happened twice in a row.

Daniel is a top notch AC technician he was on time and checked out my system with recommendations installing a surge protector. One thing I picked up from him is his knowledge in his field. I highly recommend getting a check up on your system once or twice a year . All technicians from Reeis Air Conditioning are top of line 5 stars

Omar was great as usual. He installed a starter kit and once done showed us the readings before and after. The end result was fantastic; money well spent.

We have had Victor at our home twice now and he has done an excellent job of making sure our HVC is running at its’ best. The first time was for warranty work and the most recent was to perform our semi-annual maintenance. On both visits Victor took the time to listen to our concerns, fix the problem and explain what he had done. A BIG Thanks to Victor and we will be requesting that he be the technician to respond should we need him again.

I called REEIS for a quote on a new A/C unit. So far I’ve had a wonderful experience with REEIS A/C. Brian, the sales tech, was thorough in his inspection of my current system and gave a detailed quote with 3 units that would work in my home. He was easy to get in touch with later when I had some questions about the different systems. After we picked a unit, Chase came out to do the install. He was friendly and professional. The install took a little longer than expected due to my difficult house set up but he kept me apprised during the whole install process. He left my home clean and free of extra nails, trash, etc. It’s only been 5 days but, so far, we’ve had no issues with the unit at all. I would recommend REEIS to anyone looking for A/C replacement.

If I could give more stars I would. They were able to get out to my home same day to fix my A/C unit. The tech “Omar” was profesional, friendly, thorough and explained everything in a way that I can understand. He actually took the time to explain things about my unit I was not even aware of. Very thankful for that. When one thinks of an ac unit going out, outrageous costs immediately come to mind. Not the case at all. Prices are super reasonable. I could not have asked for a better experience. I’m so happy I found you guys. I will definitely be recommending and always put my trust in REEIS for all my future needs. Thank you!!!!

Stephen is a great help I appreciate him for all of the great work that he does. He’s a great trainer. You guys have been servicing my home since 2022 thank you very much much.!!!

James just left our home after doing a bi-yearly AC clean out and I could not recommend REEIS or James more! He was highly professional and thorough when cleaning and inspecting our AC unit. I mentioned that we would be moving soon and not only did he look to make sure it would pass an inspection, but he gave me great advice for our new home. We will definitely continue to use REEIS as our hvac service!
