Pam was so very helpful when I calles.She sent the men out to give an estimate.They were very kind and honest with me.Told me to think about my options and decide the best one for me.I decided on a brand new unit and it is financed through Alabama Power.I never had to apply for the financing because Pam took the application. From me over the phone.I got apprived.She told me when the installation would happen and the time.These men came at the time she said and the tempatures that day was so hot outside.The workers didn't let that stop them.They did their work came in and put the new thermastat on the wall.The guy that put the thermastat even talked to my great granddaughter.She is 6 and carried on a conversation with him.They finished there work got the air going..Told me it would take 2 hours for it to get to the temperature that I wanted it set at and it showed the temperature inside was 89 degrees and it took a little over 2 hours was it felt great and still does .If anyone need air conditioner service I would recommend Northeast Refrigeration hands down.They deserve more than 5 star but that's the highest they offer anyone to give.I am very satisfied with there service.Thank you Northeast Refrigeration for everything.

Our AC quit working and Northeastern made it a priority to come out the same day to help get us cool again. The staff is professional, efficient and friendly. The AC was up and running before the tech left. It’s a pleasure to do business with this company.

Had an AC emergency in the heat wave on a Sunday and Pamela answered first ring and someone was at my house within 1 hour. Chris came and he was professional, helpful and very knowledgable. My problem was fixed quick and I had a cool house again. They saved the day. They put my original system in. Have never had anything but great dealings with them. Highly recommend.

The 2 guys that came out were Drake and Tyler. They were super friendly, very knowledgeable and even though some things popped up during install, they handled it without showing any frustration. They showed me how to work everything and said call if have any more questions. This couldnt have went any better from my POV. Loving this Daiken set up. Thank you Tyler and Drake and Pamela, who was excellent with texting me keeping me in the know about everything!!

The technicians arrived when expected. They were professional and informative. They gave me the information on my current system and answered questions without hesitation. Pamela sent texts letting me know how long a wait and let me know when the techs would arrive. I’m awaiting information on repair versus replacement costs. As of now I rate this company 5 stars. Very pleased overall.
