These guys are amazing! The air was blowing hot - and rather than replace the entire unit they sold us a replacement motor. They came out for a 6 mos clean and maintenance that came with the service and Gaston was amazing - he really took his time to make sure the unit was running properly. He noticed a little vibration in the motor and scheduled a second visit to take care of that. Who takes the time to make sure the job is done right any more? These guys do. So cool… so, so happy.

I was. Very pleased with the service from the person in the office to the technician. The office personnel acted very professional and very helpful through the procee. The first technician walk me through the steps that will be taken and he demonstrated good knowledge of the process and that gave me some comfort. The other technician came and also explain what he was going to be doing ans reassure me all will be well. I would recommend your company to anyone

Tech was friendly and communicative and seemed knowledgeable. He said it was nothing major, just replacing the drip pan and its connection to the drain line. He also said I probably needed a new thermostat as well. The next day, I got an astronomical estimate. About $800 more than I expected. So, I called the owner of the business, and after some discussion, figured out the majority of the quote was for 'travel' time, back and forth and up and down from their offices. Needless to say, I didn't have them do the work. Almost $200/hour for travel. Ridiculous. Probably a good company but watch out for your quote and 'travel' time. As a PS, another company inspected the unit and said it couldn't be fixed. I needed a whole new unit. So,if I had the first company do the work, I would not have even had a working a/c unit. The tech did not adequately inspect the unit. He just noted the obvious. I would have paid over $1,000. for nothing.

Today I had maintenance performed on my AC unit and I am so impressed with the great job the technician from East Coast Air did. He was extremely neat working on both the air handler inside and the compressor unit outside. The drain line and coils were cleaned and he took pictures of each area as he completed each. I have been using East Coast Air for over 15 years and I'm always impressed with the professionalism shown by all of the staff I have been associated with. I highly recommend East Coast Air and Refrigeration and I'm so happy with their service.

What a pleasure to work with a company who deliver what they claim! Making an appointment for a technician who shows up on time, confirmed by front office knowledgeable , pleasant personnel is something of a rarity. The technician was very pleasant , very adept and efficient and had the matter solved and working to perfection in no time at all. Prices are fair and I am impressed by their expertise in every area.

Was informed since tech (Anthony) left their location all the way to my condo. Very professional and friendly, greeting upon arrivL and letting g me know when work was going to start. From start to finish it took approx 2-1/2 hours to exchange the condenser unit. He made sure he left the location clean. Afterwards he re-checked to make sure the whole unit was working and cooling as it should. I can, East Coast Air, recommend them highly.
