Eric was very professional from start to end. Called one day and he was available to come in fix my AC the following day. In addition his price was and is fair compared to other companies that we reached out to. Thank you Eric for your integrity and hard work!

Eric came out to service our AC unit the same day (after hours) I called, and the day before a holiday. He guaranteed that the fix would be great and so far so good! We will definitely be using this company in the future and always recommend them first.

Air-Ric’s is a small business company but super reliable and trustworthy. Eric who arranged the service call is very courteous and was able to set us up for a same day appointment right away. The technician, Sonny, who is Eric’s brother by the way show up on time and walk me through each step of the troubleshooting process. He was able to find the root cause of the issue in no time and ordered the parts for us which is still under warranty. So, we only need to pay for the service call of $89 which is very reasonable plus a discounted labor cost. To make a long story short, our non-cooling AC is back up running the following day and it is good as new again! We are so happy and satisfied with the service quality and the overall experience. Sonny is a real pro! He is super friendly and very knowledgeable and excellent at his craft. I would highly recommend Air-Ric’s Air Conditioning and Heating for all your A/C needs.
