DON'T BUY THE SERVICE CONTRACT! Warranty service is useless. They supply the part and then charge unreasonable amount to install. Last time they replaced something under warranty it was a 15 minute job and I was charged over $200. This time it's a squirrel cage and it will be $323 for labor. Looks like less than an hour. He told me he started this company because the one he was working for was charging too much. Didn't take long for it to happen here.

I recently had an issue with my AC unit, I called Home Air Defender... Ralph came out and got us up and running very quickly. Ralph is a professional and extremely diligent in the field of HVAC. I truly recommend this company for your indoor air quality and your cooling/heating needs. They are terrific and five plus stars in my book.

I called at 9 they had someone at my house by 10. The attitude was impressive as I never come across customer service any longer and the price was right. Most importantly he fixed my problem!

Home Air Defender was extremely responsive, patient, helpful and informative when our condo’s AC needed to be replaced. They answered our call on a Saturday, did an assessment on Sunday, and had the replacement done within a couple days at a reasonable price. They said their philosophy is not to pressure clients to replace systems that can be kept (ours was 20 years old and the coils heavily impacted with dirt, so I have no reason to believe they were advising incorrectly. For those whose systems are in better shape, their philosophy could be a big plus. They were very happy to share information about how to prolong a system’s life.) They were extremely patient and informative with answering our questions from beginning to end. The company’s owner, Ralph, was our point of contact and he came across as knowledgeable, friendly and fair. He was very responsive and willing to take the time to answer every question. My roommate was here for the install and said it went smoothly and was handled professionally. The company even waived their assessment fee in the beginning because we had already paid for another company to assess it previously and we brought Home Air Defender in later for a second opinion. We selected Home Air Defender because another past client had positive experiences with them, and we can now echo that praise. We are still in the early days after the install and looking forward to seeing how the system does over time, but based on everything so far, we can say with confidence that it’s a five-star job.

Brad is excellent. West Coast Shutters referred Brad to me to repair and replace our hair condition duct work it my business. The work they did was top notch they were on time, professional, and do high quality work the best air conditioning company Flordia has to offer. They answer their calls and follow through which is not the norm in Flordia. Highly recommended!

We have had terrific services from HAD for several years. They are always professional. They arrive on time and always do a great job on our HVAC unit. The prices are fair, and they explain what they are doing and what we need to do. These units are pretty complex and new units are quite expensive, so we are happy for their work. The most recent service was with Brad and Ralph Jr.
