Scheduled a sales consultation for installation of a new unit at my townhome. They gave me a window of 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. I took a half day off work to come home and meet the salesperson. I received at text at 3:45 saying they were on the way. By 5:00 the guy never showed up and I had to leave. To make matters worse, the sales rep texted me afterwards and said "I've done a lot of work in your area, I could just give you a quote sight unseen." Well, you could have done that almost a week ago when I scheduled this and saved me a lot of time and a half day of vacation I lost. I had three other companies come give quotes and all managed to show up during the window they provided. Nothing worse than having your time wasted.
