From the time I called until the work was completed, Phillips AC has been wonderful to work with. On time arrival, wonderful technicians and a price that was nearly half of the estimate I received from the large company that I currently have a service contract with. I can't say enough good things about Phillips. If you have a problem, Phillips is your answer.

I was very pleased with Luke and his team at Phillips, and will definitely use them again. I have had multiple bad experiences with AC contractors. Pushy salesman, high prices, shoddy work, etc. My first estimates for replacing my HVAC were along those lines. Luke and Phillips, however, were a different experience entirely. They showed up on time, explained my situation clearly without any high-pressure selling or pushing any unnecessary accessories, suggested a solid, mid-range brand instead of a lower-end unit, and gave a very competitive price that was meaningfully lower than my other estimates. When install day came, they were on time, polite, professional, and cleaned up the area before leaving without having to be asked. The inspector later said that he thought they did a very good job with the install. Luke and Phillips were great, and I will definitely use them again. I wish all contractors were so professional.

I’ve only had positive experiences with Phillips. Most recently, I called in the morning with a heating problem, and it was fixed by the afternoon. The whole team is professional, knowledgeable, polite and helpful, especially Luke who always takes the time to answer questions so that I understand the problem and solution. Really amazing customer service! :)
