I usually don’t post reviews but when service and experience is this good and easy, it’s only fair to tell the world. Matt is a world class guy who is both knowledgeable and friendly. Totally recommend Value Air and Heat. They’re honest and get the job done without any headache for me!

I had a phenomenal experience with Value Air. They took care of me right away, and I was impressed with their customer service. Fair and reasonable prices. Quick response time. Greg took care of my issue right away, and personally followed up after the job. Value Air is my go to AC company now. I recommend them to all my family and friends.

I'm a new customer with Value air and Heat. I had a service appointment to check the status of my unit and to my surprise Matt the owner actually came out to do the inspection and service which spoke volumes. He was very pleasant and polite and was right on time. He gave me a detailed report on the status of my unit " clean bill of health" and took the time to answer a few questions I had about things I could do in-between services to make my unit run smoothly and efficiently. Was referred to Value air and heat. they did a great job on my 7ton HVAC installation. They completed all the plumbing and electrical for the unit in a tidy manner. Their staff was amazing teaching us how to use the new thermostat. They were fast and efficient. I then used them for a rental property for my split ac system, next my water cooled unit as well.

I recently had a good experience with Value Air and Heat when they installed a new air handler and outside unit at my place. They were proactive in answering my questions, often addressing concerns before I could voice them. When comparing prices, Value Heat and Air offered a competitive rate, and ultimately was better than the other companies I had gotten estimates from. Their office sent reminders for our appointments through emails and messages, which I found helpful . I highly recommend Value Air and Heat for anyone in need of heating and air conditioning services.

Highly recommend Value Air. They were responsive, prompt, and professional. My AC system stopped working and I knew I’d likely need a new one due to its age. I vetted 4 different companies and they not only had the best price, but were able to thoroughly explain what I was investing in and the steps of the removal and installation process. It’s rare to find a company that makes you feel so comfortable and I really appreciate it.
