I had an amazing experience with this company, AND Services! The customer service was excellent and Jonathan did a great job while trying to fix my water heater and ultimately deciding it needed to be replaced. He worked above and beyond getting this task done. I highly recommend this company.

Called and made an appointment and they were extremely nice and courteous. As for services, I can't really rate because when I was quoted $344.00 to simply wire a replacement thermostat on my heat pump I said no way. I ended up getting my thermostat wired and a service contract on.my unit from Kieth Key for less than AND Services wanted just to hook up the thermostat. Si they may be nice on the phone, the prices are outrageous.

And Services was the only company that could provide us same day service for a plumbing issue we had. We were initially told our plumber would be at our home around 2:30 and then got pushed to 6:00 and once again got pushed to 8:15 at night. While this may have upset some people, I was just thankful that after an obviously longer than anticipated day, our technician still made the trip to our home well into the evening to take care of our problem. Jonathan Hermosillo did an awesome job and got it done very quickly as well. He was clearly very qualified and had years of experience and knowledge. He took a look at the issue and found the problem. He talked to my wife and I about the cost and the work he would need to do. There was no sort of upselling or vague explanations. He was honest, transparent and very fair about what needed to be done. I felt that the pricing was fair and justified for the work that needed to be performed. He did the work that night and was able to get on his way back home by 9:45. I appreciate so much him and his apprentice coming out so late into the evening after working a very, very long day. They had positive attitudes and a will to get the job done quickly but also correctly. I'll absolutely be using them again should the need arise. And I fully suggest anyone reading this review to consider the same. Great company, excellent customer service and dispatchers and great techs!!

Highly recommend giving them a call to schedule a free consultation. I experienced a plumbing issue and they were able to send a competent crew to inspect and provide an assessment on the situation. They came back the next day to resolve the issue. A week later I received a call to let me know that they also provide complimentary services to check my AC unit for free to clean and provide consultation. A crew arrived promptly the next morning to inspect my outdated unit and provide a plan in case I choose to replace the system in the future. Again, would highly recommend there services to anyone in the area looking for a reliable service from good honest people.
