Advanced Air Systems

Have been utilizing Advanced Air for the last 6 years. Their employee Nathan was really professional and provided a great service (semi-annual check of our AC units)!! Would highly recommend Advanced Air Systems for all your HVAC needs!!!

My home recently had a slab leak with our hot water line and damaged our new laminate flooring. My wife and I spent the better part of an hour calling several local plumbing companies, none of whom were available for weeks. Fortunately, Advanced Air answered the call and came to help. They immediately sent David to survey the home and assess the situation. He recommended installing a new waterline with PEX tubing running up through our attic. David sat down with us and went over projected costs and options. After that, they promptly scheduled a day to install a new water line and filtration system. David and Alejandro, were super professional and communicative during the process. Very polite and thorough. They are extremely hard workers, even after being up in an attic for several hours nonstop. They got the job done in just a few days and cleaned up afterwards. (They need a raise). If you have any plumbing issues or an emergency, call Advanced Air. They’ll take care of you and your home.

The Technician Robby was very knowledgeable and professional. Was informing me on every step of the way with his findings and maintenance procedures. He has a passion for his job and it shows through his work. I am appreciative for his maintenance tips and suggestions for future care. Many Thanks

Justin was very direct with our questions and gave us quotes without the immediate pressure to make a decision. Very respectful toward our privacy when wanting to discuss this financial commitment amongst ourselves. He gave us options that fit our life style and usage of our unit. We feel we got the best for our buck. Offering us discount due to being members and adding the water heater replacement to the plan last second conveniently and quickly. This company has helped us within 12 hours with our complaint on our old unit. Fitting us in the schedule to have these appliances replaced within 2 weeks of signing; understanding with children this is a necessity. Thanks Justin!

Advanced Air Systems worked out very well for me. Reggie was very polite when helping me decide what to purchase. Mike and Stephven showed up to install numerous splits for me. They were very polite and worked hard until the job was done. Drop cloths were used in my house and all mess was hauled away. Other staff were polite and courteous as well and easy to deal with regarding payment. Would I recommend this company? Yes indeed.

Bless them, the younger techs are nice guys, and they are very responsive. But Advanced is just simply overpriced. Please shop around if you can. For an A/C repair, Advanced easily charged 4x the price I could have purchased parts for on my own. On another occasion they told me I would need to re-duct my entire house to the tune of $10,000 when the problem was only a sticky zone conroller. Another shop did the work for $275. Last summer they fried the quick disconnent to my parents heat pump.

I was so impressed with all of the technicians that installed our air system. It was a pretty large job and they worked on it for almost 11 hrs straight and never took a break. It had rained the night before they came and they were so good about not tracking in mud. They even rolled up my carpets out of the way and cleaned up after themselves. They were all respectful and so polite. I would highly recommend Advanced Air for any job.
