I called Clay to repair my ac that went down, he answered his phone and was extremely polite, and came right out to evaluate and diagnose the problem. He ordered the part and the ac was was up and running the the next day. Not only is he extremely pleasant, he is also well balanced within the budget of a very expensive service that can make you panic when it goes down. I would use him again in a heartbeat.

They came out troubleshoot my unit. Told me what the problem was, ordered the part came back and repaired my unit. Every time I called someone answered .They know what they are doing.

My air conditioner went out while I was at work late on a Saturday afternoon. I called Hamm HVAC on Sunday and Clay answered my call. He was working another job but said he would come. He was at my house 30 minutes later. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He found the problem and had cold air blowing once again. Highly recommend Hamm HVAC... Very honest and professional!!!

Of course my heat pump would go out on the coldest day of this winter but they came out in about three hours. They were knowledgeable and even though they did not immediately know what my problem was they knew who to call to find out. Price was reasonable and well worth it. I have experience with most every other ac/heating services in Pike County and these were the best.

Great experience. My AC stopped working completely. Clay Hamm was recommended to me. This young guy was amazing. He stayed all day as he narrowing down the issue. Finally he crawled under the house and found a broken wire. He replaced it and it's worker fine since . I recommend him to everyone. Sweet personality and a can do, determined attitude.

He come out the same day to diagnosis the problem. The entire 5 years that we have lived in the house it has never gotten down to as cold as it did. He was on time and communicated well. He has definely earned my repeat business. I called serval a/c guys before him and could never get anyone to come out but he did.

I’ve been in my current home for 6 years and I’ve called 4 different companies about my house not being cool all they did is check the Freon and the temp of the air. Clay came out the same day I called him within minutes and checked everything serviced the unit and my house has been cool ever since.
