Very poor communication and lack of experience with taking care of our problem. They had to come back several times to fix the problem and as a matter of fact never fixed it!! They have a 30 day guarantee which is basic but they don’t elaborate on any equipment warranties. Furthermore, they pawn us off to warranty company of which they say they are no longer a part of. Very convenient! Don’t use them! There are too many options out there, to give your money to a company like this.

I had a wonderful experience from receiving my quote to my hvac installation! The owner talked to me twice about options and the best fit for my home. The technicans were well-educated (and take continuous education classes), professional, patient, and kind. My new hvac and furnace are beautiful! The workmanship of the installation is perfect! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Noel showed up on time, removed the defective parts and replaced all with new, explained the new Thermostat operations, cleaned up and went on to the next job. The man deserves a promotion / pay raise. Good Guy Respectfully

About mid-october, we had Noel from Vail heating and air conditioning come out to do a tune up on our furnace. Upon leaving, Noel noticed a line of cracking along our flat roof polymeric coating and suggested evaluation by our contractor. A week later, the roofing company came out, inspected, and proceeded to repair about 5 feet of fine cracks. My deep appreciation to Noel and Vail for their extra attention to detail....THANK YOU!!

Great experience with Vail Heating and Cooling - They were able to easily pinpoint issues with my broken-down A/C and replaced needed parts quickly and at a great price. In addition, I was scheduled in right away, they were very personable, and informed me on everything they were doing (I feel like I know all about A/C units now, hah). Best of all, my A/C has been working great ever since.

Our technician Jesus arrived on time with a smile on his face ready to help. He was very professional and cleaned up after his work which we really appreciated. I'm a senior citizen who has been taken by unscrupulous repair people before so I really appreciate that he didn't try and tell me that I needed a whole new system or a costly repair. Went through my home warranty with low expectations for a quick fix on the broken AC. Within 20 minutes of arriving, Jesus had diagnosed my issue and made some calls. He went to get a part and came back and had it up and running in no time. Very fast, very friendly and very competent. I hope my AC doesn't go out again this summer, but if it does I know who I'm calling...

The owner of the company, Juan, is honest; incredibly professional from the beginning to the end of the process. He returns phone calls and clearly explains the problem(s) and solutions. His crew is equally well trained, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They clean-up debris and are careful to protect the home-owner's belongings. By far, the best Heating & Cooling company in Tucson.
