Waller Heating & Air made sure I have the best a/c & heat system replacement for my house after a thorough inspection of my home. They installed a Trane Heat Pump & Gas Unit. Their techs are very knowledgeable & courteous and efficient and Jason York has gone way beyond normal in making sure the installation is correct and all is operating right and that I understand thermostat & App settings. They are a very reliable & dependable company and the best in the business!

I scheduled a HVAC tune up service and I did not receive a call from the technician.The technician usually called before or after the service. I never received a call. So I called the waller company to get an update and the women on the phone kept saying "stay with your phone". I asked what she meant, she did not explain if I was being transferred or If I should expect a call back. Then she hung up. Not acceptable customer service.

Brandon came out and repaired our 10 year old unit that was completely out of freon. He got us up and running and cool again. I am so pleased with Brandon's ability to diagnose and repair this unit to keep us going until we can replace it with a newer model which I can tell you I will absolutely purchase from Waller. I have had all great experiences with Waller at this and my prior residence. Highly recommend Waller!

Waller has done all service and preventive service on our a/c for 15 years. When it came time replace it they did above and beyond to keep us cool! Morgan was great in explaining the different units and in just couple days we had a great unit installed! They were quick, did not make a mess, explained everything and answered all our questions. Morgan came to explain all warranty information a few days later and to make sure we were please with unit and service!
