Tri County Air Conditioning and Heating

Chase Thomas was our tech and he worked diligently for 5 hours to repair our condenser. He also did the normal maintenance and found out we were running two filters when we should only have one! He was very good at explaining what he was doing and why. Great technician and a good guy as well! I’d recommend him and Tri County Air!

As always, Genci did a great job. Always personable and professional. He does an excellent job paying attention to detail and letting us know how our system is running. And... the cookies are fantastic.

He was very pleasant and professional.The only issue today was he was two hours later than the latest time in our appointment window. It wasn't a big problem, but a phone call ot text letting us know he was running late would have been appreciated.

Logan was on time, he performed his checks professionally. Logan was polite, he explained everything. The week before Logan we had a power surge. The repairman came after hours, he got everything working and also checked other areas to make sure everything was working. Both times we received 5 star service.

We cannot say enough good things about our experience with this company and every person that we spoke with from start to finish. When my husband called to schedule an appointment for an estimate on a Split-type Air Conditioner & Heating system, the person that he spoke with over the phone to schedule the appointment was friendly and professional. When Tyler Green arrived for the appointment, not only was he on time, he was 15 minutes early. He was very thorough, professional and knowledgable. We received the written estimate early the following day as he had promised. He also sent a couple of follow up emails and text messages to inquire if we had any questions. When we called to accept the estimate and schedule a day and time for the installation, our needs were easily accommodated. Yesterday, when Clayton and his co-worker (sorry we can't remember his name) arrived for the installation, they were 15 minutes early as well. Quite impressive! They were both very courteous, professional and informative. They thoroughly explained everything they were doing and instructed us on how to use the remotes. They also explained about filter cleaning and necessity of yearly maintenance. When the installation was completed they left the work areas spotless. We will recommend Tri County to everyone we know who may be in need of their services. I could go on and on but the best way to describe this company and all who are employed there is courteous, friendly, professional and best of all very affordable!

Excellent service. Great salesmanship. Effective pressure approach but not noticeable; very smooth. Thanks also to Jose who showed us the car and patiently explained its instruments and electronics. And congratulations to management for knowing how to choose excellent staff and train them well.
