Quick, courteous, and efficient! Got my AC repaired and going again in no time. So thankful I didn’t have to sleep through the night being hugely pregnant with no AC!

Very detailed oriented, professional, and respectful to homeowners time by working in a diligent manner. They were awesome. Wish they would wear something on their shoe when walking on carpet.

I can’t believe I was told by technician Joel McDaniel I needed to pay $3000 to $4000 for a part for my 2 yr old unit. Also told me I don’t have a warranty but when I put my husband on the phone then all of a sudden we have one but not for the part. Trying to take advantage of a woman is beyond me. After he knew I had a husband he wanted to keep apologizing for basically for telling me lies because you thought I was easy to get over on. Then told me I have an off brand unit and they don’t make parts for it anymore but you then found a part for $3000 or more but you just said they don’t make the parts. And I can buy a brand new unit for that price or more. Also told me I had a leak and never had one. Took $88 from me talking about a Freon leak check that’s not there and need to be refunded! You also disconnect one of the wires on my unit today as well I guess to keep causing a problem. And then found this happened to another family from this company.

Steve was very friendly and did a thorough maintenance check on my unit. He even vacuumed the carpet when he was finished from the insulation that fell on the carpet from the attic. I am very pleased with their service and would highly recommend Premier to anyone.
