I would highly recommend. Their service was excellent. The men installing the unit were very professional. And did a good job cleaning up. The office staff were very friendly and helpful.

AC went out on Memorial Day. I called Tuesday, midday to put in a service order. They had someone out within a couple hours, made the repair, and had the house cooling down within maybe 10 min. Thank you!

I had my cooling system installed and what a great job they did! I would recommend them to anyone . they were so clean with everything and careful not to dirty anything. everytime they went outside and came back in they would shake off their boots to make sure they didn't dirty the house . They were very prof. and really nice guys. I can compare them to another co. here in Douglas and they were sloppy didn't fix the problem and charged me an arm and a leg. I want to add that when I asked to have it maintained they said that they don't really do that and I wonder why.

These are good local people!! Very pleased with the way that things were handled. Ms Carol was right on top of getting someone sent out to our house to check on our air. The tech that came out (Jacob ) was as nice as could be and very knowledgeable about what was going on with our air conditioner. I definitely recommend this place if business!!!

My experience was that all the unit needed was freon Eddie was on time , checked the problem and put in freon , something that I had already suspected , it was just getting it done . I highly recommend Waycro4 heating and cooling if you OWN you're own home . Thank you to cobblestone for sending them out to fix this problem and Thank you , Eddie

I'm a little confused with Waycross Heating and Cooling. I called them back in July of 2020 to see about a yearly contract on routine maintenance ( Spring and Fall ). After we moved in our new home. I was told back then that they didn't provide a yearly contract for routine maintenance. I could just call them and they would schedule to come out. Like no biggie. I called this morning 4/22/21 to have them schedule routine maintenance for 4/29/21. The receptionist left me hanging for a minute on the call. Then came back on and said, "it would be 2 to 3 months before they could come out". She continued by saying, "You can get somebody local if you would like?" I said, you installed the system. She came back with, "Do you want us to put you down?" I guess so ( Thinking I would void warranty if I got some other company ). She then took my number. I thought, who operates a company like this, after I got off the call? I'm bred and born in the south and I would never run a business this. WTH?! I hear constantly that you can't find people who want to work in these parts. Sad times.

Our air conditioning had been out all night, and we needed someone asap. Waycross Heating and Cooling returned a call from a message I had left the night before. Our service tech Michael was prompt, knowledgeable, and polite. Our air was back up and running in less than an hour after he arrived. Thanks so much.
