This was my second time my units needed to be serviced by Comfort Solutions, and both times were great! They fixed the issues quickly and the cost for repairs was very reasonable. I’ll continue to do business with them!

Our HVAC was beyond repair and on its last leg. we had the pleasure of working with Patrick and the comfort solutions team to choose the best system that suited our needs and budget. Even though we are not local to the Winston area they did not skip a beat providing us an install service within 24hrs. For reference we live in phenix city AL, approx 2 hours south. Greg and Jeremy are extremely professional, competent and confident technicians. They worked diligently to get the system up and running in no time.. Barely even noticed they were there. They are clean, tidy and leave their work sites better than they received it. Comfort solutions Heating and Cooling set the bar high and exceeded expectations. The level of service and care provided set the standard on how businesses should operate. Thanks again couldn’t ask for better experience.

Our AC finally went caput Chris came out to quote us on Saturday with a great price better than the other companies and he wasn’t pushy and totally honest. He was very professional so we decided to move forward with comfort solutions. Jeremy and Greg cam out today first thing they had great customer service and got the job done they were so helpful and we will definitely be recommending to family and friends! Thank you Comfort Solutions for cooling my home just in time for spring and summer!

I have two units in my townhouse and one went out with no warning At first I called Estes because I used them before. However, I thought I would have a ridiculous bill before they got in the door. I was turned off by the sales pitch from their customer service agent. I searched Google and Thumbtack and read a ton on reviews. I chose Comfort Solutions because the customers seemed sincerely happy with the service. And I could see why. They showed up in the two hour window that they provided and my technician, David Johnson was amazing. He had my unit working in no time. I will definitely use Comfort Solutions for as long as I’m in Atlanta. And I will also be requesting David Johnson because he’s courteous, professional and amazing. Definitely 5+ stars.

We’ve had this service for over a year and we are very happy with it. They are great at communicating when they are on their way, what they’ll do, why and make recommendations. The last visit was done by technician Joseph Rayburn and he was great. He talked to us about air quality and recommended a UV air purification system to the point that he convinced us to purchase this (without being pushy). Within hours there was a difference in the air quality of our home. I highly recommend their services, they are thorough, good communicators and they aren’t pushy with their sales.

And Mike, who came to do the service for my system, was extremely kind, honest, and patient in addressing all my questions. I will absolutely use them again!

I called Comfort Solutions Heating and Cooling after I had another company come and charge me a lot for a visit and diagnostics. That other company gave me a very high estimate and when I asked them to see the breakdown of the charges, they refused to do it. When I called Comfort Solutions Heating and Cooling and asked if they could give me an estimate on a repair, they did it without telling me they would have to come and diagnose I was very happy with their estimate, which was much more reasonable than the first company. I agreed, they ordered the parts, then scheduled a visit, and did the repairs within an hour. I’m very happy with the service. David was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Amber gave me an estimate. Great people and a pleasure to work with. I will use them again and again, not only for my small business but for my house as well.

After calling Comfort Solutions they responded promptly setting up an appointment sending Chris out to give me a quote. Chris did a great job explaining their units and assisting me with what he thought would be a good fit for my home. After deciding to use Comfort Solutions they were prepared to install the heating and air units the next day to my surprise. The technicians that installed the units were friendly and arrived at my home in the time frame that was scheduled. They left my home clean and made sure that everything was working perfectly before they left the install.
