Franks Air Conditioning & Heating

Our AC stopped blowing cold at about 6pm on May 2nd. I called Franks because the listing said 24 hours and they service Zephyrhills. The Franks themselves were here within 30 minutes and they fixed my AC in 10 minutes, if that. They were honest and they saved us from the heat. 10/10 recommend. 1 week later, Miguel came out to service the AC. He cleaned out our coil and even cleaned the exterior of our unit, which looks brand new. I am so impressed and thankful. Can you give an 11/10??

Frank's was call to my group home in Zephyrhills. They came within the hour. AC was down..they were so professional and patient to get it fixed. Their office staff was awesome. The guys were actually sweating !!! Lol 😃 It was up and running when they left,, oh my moments later gone out again. I called, they came back quick and fast to tackle it again. Wow !!! We remain very cool now !!!! Such dedication. I am so grateful for them. Danny is exemplary. He arrived early (which was really awesome) and got our A/C back up and running within the hour. He is polite and provided a timely service and made sure to fully inform me on what to expect. We appreciate him. This will be the first company that we call if there are any issues in the future, highly recommend.

Local company that cares about their community. AC went out on Tuesday, they came out the same day to get all the information and new AC unit was replaced on Friday. Helped walk me through the finance process, super easy. I would recommend Frank's to anyone!

Received great and honest service. Received notice when tech was arriving and arrived per appointment time. The tech took the time to explain what was needed and not needed. Made necessary repairs that we requested and charged a fare price for parts and labor. They will be my new HVAC service provider from now on!
